1. Inflation rate: People are becoming poorer and the government of APC has done little to nothing to make the lives of Nigerians better.

2. Endsars protest: The way president Buhari handled the protest like a communist and dictator is the reason why so many youths are rejecting the party in this election. This reason is why APC is not getting total support in southwest even as Tinubu is from that region.

3. Anarchy and gross corruption: The corruption we have experience under PDP didn’t change under APC. To me, it seems it is now worse under APC .

4. Biafra agitation: The APC government handled this with serious show of force instead of dialoguing, hence the reason why they will totally not get votes in Southeast.

5. Quality of candidate: To add salt upon injury, APC fielded a candidate with shadiness, history of corruption and godfatherism and a known political emperor. It makes it difficult for APC to sell themselves even to core northerners.

6. The role Tinubu played against Goodluck Jonathan in 2015: Southsouth are rejecting him on this ground.

What I personally can deduce from the poll is as follows;

1. ATiku has the largest spread and he’s most likely to get 25% in 24 states.

2. Peter Obi can have the highest figure, however it will be hard for him to get the required 25% in 24 states because of his unpopularity in northwest and northeast.

3. Tinubu is not generally accepted in southwest. The figure proves it.

4. This election is basically between ATiku and Peter Obi

5. Peter Obi is very popular in Benue and Nasarawa.

Southeast and South South would be shared by 4 political parties. Obi has good reputation in SE. APGA , APC and PDP have political office holders. APGA has a sitting Governor who is not supporing Obi. Obi himself knows the implications of not having some key political office holders like sitting governors around him.
Obi needs nothern votes than he needs SE/SS. What we call a block vote in the entire SE may not even be up to a senatorial district in Kano or Borno.
Please check the number of registered voters on INEC website.

APC and Tinubu has been totally rejected in southsouth and southeast.
