The visa officer may ask why you picked the school. (you must gain admittance first)
How are you going to answer?
Will you say
"I could not pass exam."
or "I could not afford exam"
Both will get you a rejection.

Up to you if you want to try, it's your money to waste.

The visa officers and embassy always have ways of finding out account balance from banks.
If for some reason they can not get an answer, that alone is a reason for rejection!

If you are trying with a false account forget it now before you get banned for fraud!

With a month gap between printing and submitting it raises doubts to the visa officer.
"Why such a time gap for something so simple?"
"Why did you have to print so early?"
"Is the money still there?"
"What other problems are you hiding?"

I think he has gotten the visa from what I understand but he wants to know his fate at the port of entry.
I don't know about B1 visa but if like the F1, he needs to be able to state correctly where he's heading and his final destination.

If that is the case he needs to get a good, true story clear in his head.
At the moment he is unclear and that will show to the point of entry officer who has absolute power to grant, or refuse, entry.

You have brother and uncle in Obamaland that you will visit.
You will need to show and prove VERY, VERY strong ties to return home or it is likely that you will be rejected as potential over-stayer.
Do not even think of point of entry problems until you get these sorted out.

What else is expected to be done after explaining that am going there to pick up a kazakhstan visa.

They just can not believe that someone would waste that much money to get a visa to a wasteland county like Kazakhstan!

Plenty of dumbo universities and colleges that will take money and give you a certificate that is only any good to wipe your bottom with.
School that does not want TOEFL or GRE is low grade school for low grade students.

Better to take TOEFL or GRE and go for better school. If money is too much then think of other countries that Obamaland!

When you should be contacting the school and asking their admissions department. Only they can give you FACTS.
Anything that you read here will be a guess or old information!

The hotel I booked via booking.com just cancelled my booking and I have already filled in there details on my application and going for submitting this new week. What should I do?

It has been said hundreds of times!
Hotels will not hold a booking without payment for very long. They are fed up of people making false bookings for visa applications and not arriving or paying.
Some just cancell after so long (it will be on their conditions.)
Some take a deposit which may or may not be refundable.

Simplesoul05 Your way forward is simple, book another hotel. Pay attention to their conditions and check the booking before going for visa.

Just hope that the place you go to get cash does not report you to the F.B.I. or National security
