I wish that some of the people rushing to go there would read things like this!
They would rather listen to a so called friend or agent.

They get into slavery type job and find that they can barely pay food and accommodation
never mind send money home!

Somewhere on the application form it usually asks for past refusals.
Whatever happens you MUST state the previous refusals and the reason (although they will have records of the full details.)
Failure to mention them will be considered as fraud and can bring a long ban.

If you want to send excuses then keep it short and concise. A long winded rambling account will not be read.

It would be normal to return the passport used in fraud to the issuing authority to take action.
VERY unlikely that the Italian embassy will return it back to you.
You can apply for the return of the PP but be ready for any wahalla.
It is possible Nigerian police might arrest you, but more likely that you must pay a "fine" to someone.

You will be on record in Shengen area for using fake documents and this will now be a problem applying in the future.

It means that for example if the are willing to take 30 students
that you are somewhere below the cut off line.
They probably expect a few of the first choice to fall out and can then give the next in line a place.

How much will this trip cost you? Your budget must be very prudent and realistic.
How long are you staying?
Are you married?
Do you have children?
Your answers will help to assess your application

Even more important your strong ties to return home.
Without these you will be refused.
Job, letter from employer allowing leave and saying that you will return to your job after travel.
Family.
Managed landed property.
Anything else that may help.

Two applications within a month! big red flag as you look desperate.
I do not suppose that you updated any of your documents either.

You need to examine why you were rejected very carefully and put right those things.
Also best to allow at least six months or a year to go by before applying again

I recently applied for an F-1 visa and i got rejected in december 2015. Now i want to apply to another university for summer session but a friend of mine who once schooled in the US told me there is a cheaper way to school in the US. He said i can go to a community college then later transfer to a university. My first question now is, what are my chances of getting a visa if i applied to a community college? Compared to a normal university. My second question is the other university which i was to attend but got rejected deffered my admission to summer also but they told me my I-20 was mailed through unregistered regular mail. How long does it take to deliver to nigeria?

Some confusion here!
You need to apply to the higher school (university) to get a visa.
Then when you get to Obamaland, transfer to a community college.
But remember C.C. is a lower school and their certificates are worth less in the job market!

Well you have to work out if you can afford to throw away all those tuition fees if you "give up."
Will you get a well paying job if you finish your studies? What about if you quit, what are your plans?
You can not stay in the USA as a legal resident which means that you either become illegal or come home and admit failure.

Just think clearly.
If you fail TOEFL at home then you have only lost the cost of the exam, and can try again.
If you fail the schools test they will want you to do and pay for remedial school.
So you will be paying for extra school, along with extra accommodation feeding Etc.

Do you have all that extra money available, only you can answer that.

The had to fly the plane to another airport anyway for the next contract.
The plane will be following a schedule and the next leg which is waiting for it may be fully booked.
Or it was carrying some freight that paid for the flight.

You were rejected because you did not show strong ties to return after your visit.
Being single is just one lack of the strong ties.
Position in company manager everyone calls themselves manager or CEO even if there are only two people in the
business! Did you supply any proof?
Business importation did you suppl documents, tax certificates, or anything.
You could be selling from stall in the market for all they know.
Earnings, were they backed up on statement and tax returns?

Work on your strong proof that you will return home.
