I wish to travel to the US to run my masters. The problem is that I graduated with a third class (2.1cpga). I wish to ask if any school over there can admit me to run the programme or will I have to do a course or run an entire different programme first before the Masters. If that's d case, what the name of such programmes?

My friend stays in new Jersey state and he suggested that I look for admission in a school in that state so I can stay in his house when I get there. Pls help me out bro/others as I want to start preparing

Contact the school, only they can tell you what grades they will accept. Anyone here is just guessing.
You can stay with your friend, but it is good to have another spare plan / finances if that goes wrong.
These things sometimes do not work out so be prepared then you will be good either way.

Try to research on line (with Google)
Think what subject you want to study and how that will progress to a job. (What do you want to do?)
Then find schools offering that subject and work out the costs and if it looks possible.
Then look at schools and contact them to get details of any scholarship offers.
It's a lot of work with no short cut , sorry.

And stay out of the hands of agents, you don't need to pay anyone!

Rather than think of deferment as the first thing it would be better to organize your things first.
FIRST How much money have you got? You must think of several years of school and include accommodation and feeding.
You can not get a school place then look for Manna from heaven to pay.
Scholarships are available, but no many and are usually given to the very best performing students.
(Do you have top grades?) work on these things first, then think of school and visa.

If you had read any world news you would know that Germany is overrun with immigrants from Syria and other countries.
There is an immigration crisis in Europe at the moment.
The last thing they need or want is Nigerians as well with their reputation.

Your appeal will have very low priority at the moment while they are trying to save starving children stuck in transit camps.
You must wait until they get around to you.

you will have difficulty convincing a university that you have sufficient education.
This is NOT an insult but an observation of your spelling, punctuation and use of language.
It is not even text speak.

Your money has quite probably been eaten.
At the very least you should try to get your passport back.
If there are difficulties try to get the police involved.

The implication is that you have no records of where the money came from.
With no records the visa officer can not check if the money is really available for your trip.
So very probably a rejection.

I can assure you that it is correct to call the language German (with a capital letter.)
When speaking English it is NEVER called Deutsch (which also is spelled with a capital letter!)
As for Dutch, we laugh at him! That is one of the the languages of Holland / Netherlands.

They will take you more seriously if you go to and return from a country that needs a visa rather than some rubbish visa free place that no one wants to visit.
But it is up to you, you seem desperate to get to the USA it is obvious here
and the visa officer will also see that.

Then you are unsuitable for the job, it is as simple as that.

OP claims dual citizenship and says that he has a valid UK / EU ? passport.
That will allow him to book a flight and board the airplane.
His home passport from Nigeria gives him the right to enter Nigeria and then get his PP renewed.
He will need a valid Nigerian PP to leave.
