my DS 160 form refused to ask for past employment history. it only asked for present employment. am female, 34yrs & single. i haven't stopped worrying

2. a friend is applying for b1/b2 and will use for vacation & birthing and will declare at the embassy. now issue is she does v. small businesses and has a registered business name. the bank account for the business does not experience frequent transactions at all. some payments are as cash, some to her personal account. her hubby is the sponsor of the trip. should she state she is into business OR just say unemployed.
if she states business, hope VO wont be asking for her tax returns etc

I returned from the UK after my graduation in June. I still have a valid student visa up till October. I have now gained admission to study Law in another university in the UK. I want to obtain my visa here before leaving. My mother has an investment with kakawa Discount House which she has operated for over 3 years. It is a monthly investment that she rolls over which runs into millions. Kakawa has also given us a letter to that effect and we have printed copies of the monthly letter they always issue to her. We printed each month for the past 12 months. The question is: Does the British embassy accepts Kakawa Discount House. It is a financial house and First Bank has the highest shares. It has also been given approval to operate as a merchant bank. Please I need advice. Has anyone tendered a letter from Kakawa in the past? What was your experience?

I would very much doubt that U.K.B.A. will accept that as finance.
They want to see an account in a bank with instant access.

But what you should do is contact them and ask your question.
Here you can only get an opinion, they will tell you the facts.

Showing is no problem as long as you are paying your bills in the USA.
You need letters from a health clinic or hospital showing costs and preferably accepting you as a patient.
If you pay some money up front that is better.

i salute your experienced, not that i want to commit fraud or my oga want to, i work in a good company here and my salary is averagely ok aside i have a wife and a child i just wish to visit so call country Uk just to be out country, u get it right i dont have enof money in my account that is the main issue. already i have a brother friend that is ready to send me invitation letter, house agreement, and i guess his payslip as well.
will they be ok if i build it up to 500k?
if i ask my aunt friend that owns company a to start sending 50k to my salary account for payment of supply of cleaning materials, could that serve as additional income??

Good to have honest intentions!
Invitation is useful but it is only one small step.
The visa officer will be most interested in your ties to return home
Job, family and property.
They will not be happy if you want to empty your bank account for the trip as that gives no reason to return home.

My question. i plan to look for like 3 days seminar related to my field and i will use my company as sponsor since i he(boss) promised to get all those documents for me.
but my problem is since i will be the one to send money for the seminar from my account and for hotel reservation wont they confirm from the seminar organizer,airline and hotel who make the payment. since am sending it from my own pulse
please explain because i dont have enof money in my account to sponsor myself thanks

You seem to be constructing a web of fraud to attempt to get a visiting visa.
First all this deception will backfire on you and you could end up with a very long ban.
You seem to be doing this because you do not have sufficient funds. I am sorry but the answer is to wait and build up your monet untill you have enough for an honest application.

The issue is that when i was filling my form and asked if i have a relative in the us,i said no though my bro is there but i didn't have his address at the time and i was in a hurry to submit so i could get an appointment ontime. I'm planning to stay with him for the birth of my baby and i noticed on d thread that they ask pple if they have relatives there. Should i stick to my story and ppbly book an extensive stay for a week or admit i intend to stay with my bro.

You may be asked at POE to show or say where you are staying.
If you say with your brother after stating no relatives that will be seen as fraud and you will be sent home!
You are in risky waters and you need to get your plans straight.

I would want the agent to put any refund details in writing before parting with a penny.
Even then can you be sure?

UNLESS YOU PROVE strong ties to return home.

They will expect to see at least one year trading from a business with preferably tax returns and bank statements to prove that it is genuine.
You can try with what you have but it is not a sure thing.

Anything that you submit now must explain this or you will be seen as a fraud and banned.

Also if you wish to use your business as a reason to travel then you must apply for a business visa and meet the qualifications for that.
If you want visitors visa then you need funds in a personal account, not business.

Not difficult but you must stick to the rules.

Sorry but those are typical conditions on tickets to prevent people messing them about.
The money is gone and there is no point crying over it.

Also you used an agent which is always a risk.
Why did you book a ticket before the visa was out?

Sorry to say but the best advice is to forget the USA. and build up your life for some time.
Your money is not great and they will refuse you because you want to spend most of your money leaving little to come back to.
With no job your ties to home are weak and you will be refused on that.

Better to save your money for now than waste it on applications that can not succeed.

You should mention their refusal so the VO does not think you are hiding facts, but they will have the records on computer.
It will do no harm to include a copy.

What you MUST do is to address the reasons for their refusal and put them right.
Otherwise they will be refused again.

Yes the idea is that YOU make contact with a Chinese company to do business then they send an invitation letter to you.
The Chinese are not happy with husslers turning up with letters they have bought.
