You went on a B visa. Your maximum legal stay time is 6 months. Anything above that is a violation of ur visa conditions ergo a crime. So madam, neither Justwise nor any other person has advise for u. Surely when u decided to stay back u mustav had a plan?
Wubbish! Now u want the people that honestly wanna visit and return to give u advise that will make their own quest harder cos folks like u have finished pouring gravel in their garri?!

The situation is worse that that, poster has a six month visa BUT the story was that the visit was for a conference.
This would mean leaving after a few days.
To stay for a long period will be seen as a fraudulent application, there will not be another visa issued to the poster.
Also this reflects badly on any other conference application by other people.

How did you apply for "green card" was it visa lottery?
Anyway with that application you have stated that you wish to live in the USA.
You must work extra, extra hard on you strong ties to return home. You must convince the VO. of your return after the visit.

The advice is even an exercise in futility. I laugh when I see prospective applicants saying they will avoid Mr. A or Mz. B by going to the toilet. Or when I see 'advice' telling people to avoid so so and so.

The Visa Officer has said on another post that it is easy for them to spot this behavior
and it is immediately a warning that the person has something to hide.
So they have a RED FLAG before their interview starts.

Your most important things to organize are your strong ties to return home.
After that your funds.

If you try the invitation from someone you just met it will look like you intend to stay there, so immediate rejection.

The accomodation that your sister has would need to be suitable
Simplest would be to book a hotel it does not need to be the same one.
If you mention your sister you shoud explain that she has just gone there.
If you mention your sister then your ties to return home will need to be even stronger.

Birmingham is in the midlands yes. Train, bus and rail connections to the whole country.
Exeter is a city but very much smaller and in the south west.
If it is the University of Birmingham then this is the oldest and most well known university in Birmingham.
There is a vibrant student community living around the school. The town centre is about ten min by bus (not like Nigeria, but clean well run buses.)
Many, many Nigerian, African and Asian shops for food much of it fresh.
Any kind of church or mosque you can think of.

I feel that you would be much better there than stuck out in Exeter where there will be much less multi cultural society.

In British towns especially large ones like Birmingham there are now many universities. Not all are the same quality or reputation.

For advice please quote the FULL name of the school.

Exeter is a small city in Devon, a quiet county.
Birmingham is a large, well established multy racial city. With huge connections to industry and jobs.

Public relations involves working for a company on improving the service and relationship with it's customers.
It would suit a dedicated and kindly person.

Journalism involves getting the best story that can be sold for the most money.
The best selling stories usually involve crime and intimacy.
These are found by investigative people who have no problems digging up dirt about (usually famous) people.

Which suits your friend best?

Modern countries like USA. UK, Canada have machines called COMPUTERS.
These are machines that store all your records and keep them for ever.
If they can link your new application to a past record that shows different information then that is fraud and a ban.

You should contact your school admissions office, thell them your circumstances and ask how you should procede.
ONLY your school can give you facts.

If you have been denied three time in three monthe then they have strong reasons for refusing you.
By re-applying so many times so quickly you have made yourself look desparate and this is a big red flag.
You need to look realisticly at the reasons given and put them right first.
Post the reason given and the code and someone may be able to advise.

You should not apply again yet, you will just be wasting money.
