Your own domain name is not trademarked, her's is. Now going with the information from trademarkia, they might have some leverage over your own domain name as they filed in boat cruises as one of the descriptions. And yours is boat rentals, almost the same thing. But I don't really know how their laws work over there & whether it's just normal bullying tactics where you end up dropping it & she grabs it. I had names like that. You check back later & it's already developed. So if you can't delete it within the grace period, my advice is to reduce price , pitch to other end-users & forget.

To the best of my knowledge, the name isn't trademarked. I may be wrong though because I'm still learning this domaining thing. The more experienced domainers here can take a second look at it for you.


What I noticed is that you haven't set up a landing page for the domain. Obviously, anyone you send the domain to will tell you it's connected to a different entity whenever he/she clicks on the domain name and seeing "...coming soon..." and all those other stuffs in there

you will get similar results and pattern, most popular and free include :
-keywordfinder (dot) io,
-google ads /planner ( thats where many of them get statistics from) - formerly google adwords (i hate this ),
-ubersuggest ( the most popular i guess, selfless site) . It has google chrome extension..
surferseo(dot)com , it has extension too.. If once reseach well, before handreg, you may have good lead and advantage over many things.

garage//door//repair//katy.com ( this one sold by one of us here oga cyriletifit for $799), and those who understand the power of seo agorithm will know how powerful that pattern is in ranking.

But what most of us follow as a pattern is something like below:
katy//garage//door//repair.com

Does that mean may be because of English language grammar patterns, we look at that pattern or end user prefer that pattern to the said above. Just thinking aloud cos am looking at it both ways from SEO direction...( anyway na grace always win ooo)

A domainer can't rope another domainer. They learn from each other. In this case, a domainer wants some nuggets from someone who can point things he may be doing wrong...he has passe5 through the present place i am at.
