Come, how many times do you want them to tell you the certificate in Yankee is ceremonial?? Why do you think some people don't pick theirs up? It's not like Nigeria where we place importance on only certificate thereby allowing forgery of university certificates for employment. Have you ever heard of anyone completing their university education in Nigeria but not picking up their certificate? What is submitted to INEC is a photocopy not original. The claim in the document just need to be true. As long as there is no false claim it cannot be forgery. it is simply a copy made inadvertently without doing due diligence

Yes. it is easy to prove since third party vendors issue replacement certificate in the US and also because it is a ceremonial document.

Tinubu has already sworn an Affidavit he lost all his documents. it was simply a replacement document.

In light of the recent development at CSU, the Supreme court will be the focus of every Nigerians . Those against and for Mr President.
From my understand of how things will play out.

Mr President will apply to CSU for replacement and Submit same to INEC. Stating the there was error in the document submitted to inec.
The reason because Mr President paid for replacement but the person, he sent to pick it up did not , but went and reproduce one and submit to inec.The Person in question will appear in court and admit his action which will clear Mr President.

Being President Inec will accept.

Or

The Supreme court can simply say, that CSU has confirmed that Mr President attended and graduated from CSU with very good grade.
All other information are technical error, case dismissed.

But Mr President can counter Atiku with just one point.

Tinubu who applied to Southwest College for an associate degree in 1975 claimed to have attended Government College, Lagos, and presented a 1970 GCE A-level result. Whereas, Government College, Lagos, was established in 1974 by the administration of Brig. General Mobolaji Johnson. This was also part of the documents Tinubu presented to CSU and was part of the documents released by CSU to Atiku Abubaker.

In situations where a person is found to have gained admission and earned a degree using forged documents or falsifying information, even if it happened many years ago, universities typically have the authority to revoke the degree. Most academic institutions have policies in place to address cases of academic fraud, including the use of forged documents or false information during the admission process.

Universities take academic integrity seriously, and if it comes to light that a degree was obtained through fraudulent means, they can conduct an investigation, which might lead to disciplinary actions, including the revocation of the degree.

Now that there is a substantial evidence, what Atiku needs to do now is to prompt South west college(Richard Darley) and Chicago state university to conduct an internal investigation, and take action, including revoking Tinubu's degree but this would generally depend on the School's policies which i believe has zero tolerance to forgery or false information.

Now here is the killer move Tinubu can never escape and if he does then nothing else will nail him.

At this point i do not need to explain further to anyone how this singular document can indeed remove Tinubu as the president.

But will the supreme court admit new evidence? If it does then there is no hiding place for Tinubu.
