It's a very awkward situation because if the truth must be followed, since CSU has already said they don't know that certificate, that document is a forged document.

Vendor or no Vendor, CSU cannot tell be they don't give authorization to any Vendor in America trying to replace their certificate.

In my opinion, the Supreme Court doesn't need to hear from any Vendor, CSU disowning that certificate already concludes that it is a fake.

1. If that replacement was issued by an authorized vendor to CSU, CSU has no legal standing to say they do not recognize the certificate, except they are trying to cover up Tinubu.
Any certificate collected legally from a third party belongs to CSU and they must own it.

2. CSU, having disowned that certificate,the burden of proof shifts to Tinubu to mention that third party vendor that he got his certificate from. All Atiku needed to do was to get CSU to disown the certificate and they did that.
It is now Tinubu who should mention that third party not Atiku.

What if Tinubu now mentions one and considering how Tinubu can bribe a dead man to rise again, the vendor will now attest to reissuing the cert.

1: They are a citizen of Nigeria by birth; Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a Nigerian wether Lagos or Osun

2: They have attained the age of 35 years (40 before 2018); Tinubu is 70

3: They are a member of a political party and are sponsored by that political party; Tinubu is APC chieftain

4: They have been educated up to at least School Certificate level or its equivalent... According to your own write up, Tinubu not only got education upto School Certificate level... Chicago State University Registrar confirmed him to be a student

The only saving grace Tinubu must leverage on is getting A CSU third party vendor that Will say for a fact that they gave him the replacement certificate even if he needs to bribe them as he always does

And the onus lies on Atiku to also convince the court that he did not get it from any CSU Vendor.

Once this is done and Tinubu can't prove it... Forgery is established and Tinubu will be disqualified.

But let's wait and see if Supreme court will allow the new evidence

Tomorrow Tinubu can list the vendor he got the certificate n if it is authorized by CSU then Atiku as no case but till I won't hold my breath.
