United States Judge, Nancy Maldonado has adopted all the ruling of Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Gilbert of the U.S District Court, Northern District of Illinois, and has ordered the immediate release of the academic records of President Bola Tinubu by the Chicago State University.

Reports say Judge Maldonado gave CSU until 12 noon on Monday to release the documents to Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party.
