The only solution is treating the symptoms as they come and hope the patient. Everyone is at high risk because from what I ve heard, covid-19 reduces the respiratory vital capacity or so to about 50% even after recovery, but people with higher risk are immuno compromised patients ( old people, cancer patients on chemotherapy), Liver damaged patients.
