mekaboy: The north threatening Nigeria again. We are tired of your threat and terror. Jonathan will contest and we can will vote him. let us watch u do ur worst. But there was a relative peace when Obbasanjo ruled. Is he from the North? You people will soon run out of porous defense for Jonathan's numerous atrocities. I guess Obbasanjo and Henry Okah are from the north respectively. |
Truly gas flaring could cause the inhabitants of a certain region low IQ. Politics is a game of number and not the amount of oil. The Yorubas having known this did'nt make inflammatory statements when Obassanjo was been criticized which made him to easily rise to power for the second time. |
Is this man not butteressing Obassanjo's claim that Jonathan is supporting the candidate of other political parties against his party? They claim APGA is Igbo party, but it only just struggled to manipulate a governor elect in 5 states in their region. Go and unite your selves and field a Presidential candidate as other regions are scheming! |
What if these scientists finally traces Jesus to Hausa/Fulanis( afterall Jesus reared animals also)? ...just been curious anyway! Could this be the reason why all Christian politicians ( Obassanjo and Jonathan et-al) contesting against a Muslim aspirants in Nigeria are usually tagged MESAIERH- a title for Jesus? |
Do you have to go to the media first? Just go to court and stop disturbing us with your personal issue. |
Prof.Iyayi's death comes to mind. This is thesame man that have not quenched any security threat in Nigeria. |
Olumide of Nairaland has said it all. |
YYESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! |
If an incumbent president with almighty cover-up powers to hide his menace is fingered directly or indirectly in all official corruption cases, what will be known of him after he is booted out? Honestly, this man may just be an opposite of Obassanjo's ascension to the throne(i.e. From president to prison)! |
And all these, the national assembly is looking the other way? Surely, David Mark and Tambuwal have to go! |
Jonathan with his present style truly is not banking on the masses' votes in 2015! |
Business idea often comes at times and your savings at that point may not match up. I am into real estate practice( just the medium type anyway) and will require a loan to project a certain idea. Most of the Banks i visited kept saying; ' open an account with us and lets see how it is run between 3 to 6 months'. How are my suppose to wait till then on a proposal that is happening now now? Fellow Nairaland, how can i secure a fast loan with less stress? |
Olumide, i don't think i have any other definition of a 'GURU' than you. You are thoroughly making sense. |
Meanwhile most of these leaders are still alive to which he even called IBB his 'father'. Could you call your father those names? You must be a bast**d then! This man does not know that by his utterances he is voting himself back to Otuoke. |
egift: Sign the agreenment you untrusted regime....honestly, for goodness sake. Why are they refusing to sign this agreement? Jonathan and his co travellers are behaving beyond the IQ level. What a shame! |
Promhize: Na wa o, I hate to think you are educated, including your fellow supporters."the likely taste of a soup is determined by the type of ingredient gathered for its preparation" The hausas are even more prepared to form an independent country than any other tribe in Nigeria. Reasons: 1 They hardly build a residential houses in other parts. 2 Their business interests are clustered in the North. 3 They rate the Hausa language above even the secular language(English) in their region. 4 Their life style is confined to their cultural belief. The Igbos have no one of those qualities. In the case of dissentigreation today, majority of the Igbos will be repartriated to their Biafra by force. Most of them may even put up a tribal mark the like of other ethnic groups just in order to remain in other parts of the country. |
A once formidable political party is crumbling because of the recklessness of one man. |
Except a MENTALLY RETARDED person, no incumbent president should have allowed this to happen to his party in a democracy. No single Nigerias 'style' National icon is with this man today. How long he is going ride on ethnoreligious horse i don't know. Wearing a gentle face but very mean in the heart. |
Bababagida Aliyu of Niger state constructed a hospital and named it as Yar'adua Memorial Hospital In Sabon-Wuse in Tafa local government. At least considering that Yar'adua died due to health related ailment. If Jang wants to immortalize Lar, he should have simply followed his counterpart above or simply rename the state PDP's secretariat after him. Let institutions be renamed after scholars, Hospitals after medical practitioners, political secretariat after politicians Garage after a very good driver or transport union leaders. And Prison after an ex-convict/visitors( Bode George, Obassanjo,El-Mustapher, Ibori and the big Alamassiengha et-al) . |
yunglykmine: So fastBecause: 1 He died in the country and doesn't have to be 'cargoes' home. 2 they are not as wastful as Nigerians( whereby everyone wants to make fortune of the Burial arrangement) 3 they are not as hypocritical as Nigerians in term of Religious confusion. 4 they are not as daft as some Nigerians who feels that he may be resurrected miraculously by 'our revered men of God' even beyond all odds. |
Bash92: Hmmm, Jonathan appointing a man with forged credentials to a federal position governing Nigerian universities and you say Nigeria education system will improve. Anything stupid our drunken president do from now on wont even suprise meTruly; just like criticizing a mad man for wearing dirty clothes. This man is so dirty in the eyes of Nigerians even when he has all the powers to hide them. I wonder what will be known of him when he is no longer on that seat. |
Source abeg. And these people wont mind their business. Why dont they just come organise another one themselves?
Nonsense! Is it not thesame U.S. That GEJ often referred to when he wants to put credibility to the election that brought him to power? You people are so daft not to accept any form of criticism to your criminality. |
ayusco85: Rest in peace to one of the greatest elder statesmen in Nigeria. Nigeria's democracy cant be written without ur name. U are our Nelson Mandela, even though alot of Nigerians didnt had the chance to know what u stood for, from the little i know about u, i knw u stood for the unity of nigeria, and u love the masses. U can starve just to pay the school fees of a TALAKA (the poor). Rest on Baba Lar as u are fondly called. ur people miss u, i miss u too.... And as Nelson Mandela who suffered a more serious ailment died in his country, while Solomon Lar died in a foreign land in search of medical assistance. R.I.P any way to the man but he has no comparison to Mandiba. |
All these talks about the president sitting for 13 hours does not make sense to me. Did he not party through out the night the other day ostensibly drinking himself to stupor? Simply sign an agreement that you have with ASUU has turned so difficult for this hopeless regime. How can the Jonathan's government be trusted seeing that they are not ashamed to lie on a very simple and obvious issues? |
oluwashaddow: as for can, I think dey are getting out of hand, dey should not be making statements like dis, which could spark a counter one from d other religion.... and as for d government, they should try to create a dress code dat is acceptable to all n devoid of any religious impact bt based on moral n d laws of d land,n anybody who is not satisfied should send his/her ward to a religious skul....Is this not better said than a whole CAN talking like militants? |
And the Christians are allowed to wear short skirts and even leaving their heads uncovered in the schools of core northern Muslims dominated states without any problem. CAN is truly a menace to Christianity the way Boko haram is to Islam. Is only that the former looks gentle and MEAN while the later looks rough and DANGEROUS. |
sagombugo: Someone obviously is not thinking rightly. Does it mean that no one knows the date Prof Iyayi is to be committed to mother earth before WIKE(We Intend Killing Education) gave a military-like execution order to ASUU to call off the strike thereby impugning on their sensibilities and humanity for a lost colleague? The way Jonathan and his touts are messing up governance in Nigeria today the word ' cluelessness' will soon become a very weak and outdated English word to be used in qualifying GEJ. Just imagine! |
As much as i subscribe to a secular society, a particular religious group should not play down on any other religion. The body above is saddled with the responsibility of enhancing the right of the Muslims as enshrined in the Nigerias constitution. Just like CAN speaks against injustices on Christians, they also have the right to say what ever they perceived is affecting the Muslims. We all understand the going and action shall be our watch word instead of ranting. |
Could this transparency international be INTERNATIONAL APC AGENT( IAPCA) since every opposition to GEJ's missrule are now called 'APC AGENT'? Even this position is an excellent position amidst Jonathan's missgovernace! |
Sincere 9gerian: Shame on the Nigerian military. How can they be on ground for over 6 months yet the ragtag bandits called Boko Haram still have the boldness and freedom to attack places that should have been no go areas. I'm highly disappointed. I wonder what would have happened without the civillian JTF. Maybe its time we started looking for mercenaries to fight this battle for us(after all all the major projects currently going on got the country are being done by mercenaries). Very shamefulSo you dey make sense like this? I think say na complete id**t you be now. Ok, i reduce your idiotness in my mind by 10%. God punish anybody that kills an innocent person through any guise. |
greatgod2012: And may i even ask what the SANU is doing without both ASUU and the students in the school? Why are some of you so shallow minded? If not for their activities, how were the awaiting students still been recruited into the NYSC program? Mind you that if this continues to next year, most universities may not have a student in the NYSC schemes. |
When this happens, The tout supervising the ministry of education will call his fellow touts to go and wash the student's toilets. Nonsense! |
