The root cause of HIV is not early marriage but unprotected sexual intercourse. Illicit sexual intercourse is religiously abhored in the Northern axis of Nigeria. In African culture, any child born out of wedlock is a bastard. If a censeus is conducted using this indices, i hope that you know who the bastards are.
