Honestly, it will automatic lock down for Asiwaju in Sokoto, Zamfara, Katsina, Kano, Jigawa and Kebbi in the NorthWest. Obi will do well in Kaduna but will not win outright. In the NorthEast, Asiwaju will win big in Borno, Yobe, Bauchi and Gombe. He will battle Obi in Adamawa and Taraba where Obi may win with a little margin. North central will go the way of Asiwaju in Niger, Kwara and Kogi while Obi will have marginal win in Benue, Plateau and Nasarawa. Mark my words, Obi will not win in any state in the Southwest in 2027, not even in Lagos, go and write this down. I know Asiwaju and APC will really pray that Atiku actually step down for Obi.

Her family, especially her mother and younger brother, viewed my cousin as their financial lifeline, demonstrating entitlement and selfishness through constant demands for money and favours. Disheartened by their behaviour, my typically reserved cousin eventually ended the relationship after several warnings.

He then found companionship with a 36-year-old unmarried university lecturer in Ekiti State, Nigeria. They married in March 2023, and he has since relocated her to Germany.

Recently, he confided in me, revealing that contrary to his previous assumptions about many Nigerian women and their families, especially considering his experience with his former single mother acquaintance, his current wife and her family have never pressured him for money. Instead, they express genuine gratitude whenever he helps them, underscoring the toxicity of his past relationship.

Unfortunately, his former partner, the single mother, has been harassing our aunt, who introduced them. She even aggressively confronted me at the front of a bank last week, falsely accusing me and our aunt of advising my cousin against marrying her. I was furious and almost considered involving the police when she threatened me, but my friend and some mature bystanders intervened, and she was eventually escorted off the premises by bank security. It was an embarrassing scene for me.

Reflecting on these events, I can't help but wonder about the audacious and self-centered individuals we encounter in today's world. It felt like something out of a Nollywood film to me. She even had the audacity to claim that we drove her "helper" away.

In a Press Release signed by Betty available to SOJ WORLDWIDE, she said the adversaries of Aketi has succeeded in "urinating on his grave with relish."

She referred to Nigeria as a Zoo and that what Aketi worked for in seven years have been bastardized.

"What happened, yesterday, at the primaries was unprecedented. It was terrible! Never experienced that kind of kangaroo and fraudulent primaries in Ondo State in the last 7 years.

It was like Aketi's adversaries have succeeded in urinating on his grave with relish. The hands of professional election riggers known and unknown were all over the place.

Without credible elections, Nigeria will continue to crawl with disabilities in leadership given that the power interlopers at the helm of affairs lack character, compassion, sincerity of purpose, mental and intellectual capacities for providing quality leadership required to stand firm and engage in impactful developmental strides.

It will interest you to note that, throughout the election cycles during Aketi's time, elections were relatively free and fair. Though tension soaked yet interesting to be involved or watch.

No thuggery, (Aketi was known for NOT encouraging thuggery), voters voted in peace without molestation. Go and verify as PO would say.

I make bold to say that Nigeria witnessed peace and decorum in the conduct of elections in Ondo State while Aketi was the Governor. Imagine, PDP won 2 MHA seats in Akoko and Aketi didn't upturn them.

I remember party stalwarts wanted him to reverse the results to favour APC but he refused stating that it was the choice of the constituents.

I was very proud of my husband because that's how things should be if we were in a sane clime.

Sadly Nigeria is a ZOO! It is heartbreaking that the positive changes in the conduct of elections that Aketi nurtured for 7 years have been thrown to the dogs.

Thuggery is back in Ondo State politics with vengeance. Beeni! Big time!!!

Very useless woman. Is this a tribute, or is she just mocking the dead? AKETI was a great man, but he died this way because he didn't have a home. His wife and son, who should have been beside him in all his travails, were busy chasing shadows, struggling for money in Akure, while the man languished under a life-saving machine in Germany. She was even seriously planning a loud 70th birthday last August before President Tinubu had to advise her to shelve it when she was deaf to voices of reason from all angles. Not even the highly referred Olowo of Owo KIngdom could dissuade the foolish woman to shelve that celebration of frivolity. This is the same woman who went to Imo State to contest for election against the advice of her husband; she started raining curses on Gov. Hope Uzodinma when she lost woefully. Pray never to have a bad wife; it is deadlier than cancer.

The Igbo community believed that Dr. Siju Iluyomade should not celebrate her birthday because Herbert Wigwe died. This is the same tribe that saw nothing wrong in the shameless act of the late governor of Ondo State's wife celebrating her 70th birthday while her husband was fighting for his life on a life-saving machine in Germany last August. Shame on those who uphold double standards; shame on all of you.
