Politics / Re: The Layman Understanding Of Today's Supreme Court Judgment by wwwkaycom(m): 2:59pm On May 26, 2023
inforesource:
After reading through the judgement I came to the conclusion that the Supreme Court actually agreed that the case brought before her was a valid case, however, since the PDP has no locus standi in the case, that is to say they do not have the right to bring up the case to the court since the case is APC's. The case was dismissed.

OK, so for me, the lesson in this case is that, if, assuming, a husband kills his wife and the family of the wife refuses to take the case to court, it means that outsider can not take the case to court to seek justice. Is this the precedence the Supreme Court is setting?

I really need a little schooling here. Maybe I should go back and study the electoral laws.

Do you know the difference between criminal case and civil case?
What you need to do is seek knowledge instead of blabbing around.

Atiku and PDP wanted to reap where they didn't sow. I laugh at their followers and leaders who were gallivanting around yesterday. I remember David Bwala, the biggest loser in 2023 trying to raise the hope of his PeeDeePigs followers, all ended in vain. Let us be fair in analysing the issue at stake, who is that politician who pursued the 2023 presidential race with all his strength and seriousness required like Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu. Atiku was relying on hacking of INEC porter, Aso Rock Cabal and block votes from the north while Peter Obi believed in ethnic and religious sentiments, thinking that CAN, YesDaddies, Enenches, Mama Sarah Omakpi who wanted to waste her vote and indeed wasted it, fake prophets, angry IPOB miscreants, #ENDSARS yahoo boys and fake online polsters can win election for him. Asiwaju meticulously travelled through the lenght and breadth of the country, meeting people, building bridges, meeting leaders of religious organisations, traditional leaders, political leaders, professional people, students, artisans, market men and women, farmers and a host of others. I think it should be reinforced again and again that elections are not won by stupid scheming, sentiments or on the social media. I think Peter Obi especially should find time to learn that noise, insults, lies, instigations etc will not win election anywhere, cheers.

Congratulations to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR

Politics / Re: Was Obi Really A Pawn In Tinubu’s Chess Game? by wwwkaycom(m): 10:15am On May 26, 2023
Penguin2:
The narrative of Peter Obi having been lured away from PDP to LP by Pat Utomi to help divide Atiku’s votes has dominated the front burner since yesterday after the man from Ibadan went on Radio to declare that Obi was just a pawn in Tinubu’s game.

But was Obi really their pawn?7

I am tempted to believe that in the beginning, Obi may have actually been helped to his candidacy by men planted by Tinubu. But then things got of hand.

Things got of hand because people bought into the Obi candidacy. And from being a spoiler to Atiku, he became a real threat to Tinubu who thought Obi’s emergence would help his own ambition.

I would like to also suppose that even the agents who were deployed by Tinubu to ‘deceive’ Obi, now saw that they had a real sight at power and they possibly stopped taking instructions from Tinubu which is why the EFCC came for somebody like Okupe who I’m sure must have been part of Tinubu’s agents.

So, what I’m saying is that the Obi journey may have started with Tinubu’s agents thinking they wanted to deceive Obi to hurt Atiku, but it ended up becoming a tsunami and a conflagration that even Tinubu and his Much touted structure laboured to put out and ended up messing themselves up by rigging the election like children in kindergarten.

In a nutshell, there’s nothing for Tinubu’s boys to celebrate about the revelation that Tinubu funded Obi’s campaign because it turned out becoming a curse on even Tinubu himself.

Obi turned the eggs thrown at him into omelette and and checkmated the one who thought himself master of chess who had to resort to breaking the chessboard to prevent being checkmated.

But let’s see how far he can go with a dubious victory.
Turned eggs to omellette by wasting 6 million votes? Are you normal at all?
Asiwaju used Obi and dumped him or doyou think anything good can come out of your present noise?
Nonsense?

They will still ask for more, what I see in all this shenanigans is obi trying to sustain the momentum but 4 yrs is a very long time sha
Obi destroyed his political career by allowing cheerleaders, chest beaters, ethnoreligious bigots and those arrogant Pentecostal pastors like the online IPOB miscreants, YesDaddy, Paul Enenche, Sarar Omakwu, Apostle Sulaiman and those fake prophets with lying spirits such as Bishop Feyi to sway his thought. Supporting Atiku is his best bet, they would have floored Asiwaju hands down and immediately after Atiku, power would automatically shift to the Southeast and Obi would be the most prominent igbo politician by then. But as things stand today, after Jagaban, the north have it, 16 yeas plus Obi's present age = 78. Will he still have the energy to run around at 78? Even if Tinubu do only 4 years, by the time power comes down south, obi will be 74.

Politics / Re: HOW CAN PETER OBI AND LP BE DECLARED WINNER BY THE COURTS? by wwwkaycom(m): 12:03pm On May 17, 2023

You are going too far...
Like Rivers state, If the true results of Lagos (which is a swing state) are exposed, the music beats will change from blues to Afro beats.

*Modified*
Looking at the numbers, BAT could endup becoming third because of Lagos.
You haven't told us how Obi will come up to be first when he had only 25% in only 16 states including FCT. He already had 25% in Lagos and Rivers, so tell us how Obi is going to have the numbers in Sokoto, Kebbi, Zamfara, Kano, Jigawa, Katsina, Gombe, Bauchi, Borno, Yobe, Kwara, Kogi, Niger, Ondo, Ekiti, Osun, Oyo and Ogun States and stop stories.
Politics / Re: HOW CAN PETER OBI AND LP BE DECLARED WINNER BY THE COURTS? by wwwkaycom(m): 1:29pm On May 16, 2023
Raysleek:
How many states is the winner supposed to have? Plus the fct.
With all the revelations about rivers state figures, if lp is declared winner of rivers state then lp have 12 States plus the fct. If a forensic analysis of some others states prove lp won.
I love your sentence, it started with "IF". Let us not deceive ourselves, there is no forensic analysis that will give Obi victory in Sokoto, Kebbi, Zamfara, Katsina, Kano, Jigawa, Gombe, Bauchi, Borno, Yobe, Kwara, Kogi, Niger, Oyo, Ogun, Osun, Ondo and Ekiti States. Obidient phenomenon is damned too insignificant in these states. Count these states and subtract it from 37. That is 37 - 18 which equal to 19. The best obi can get under the present scenario is to get little additional votes in Rivers where he already had 25%, Kaduna where there are some christian population (I doubt this), Taraba and Adamawa (Atiku's strong base).
Again, will the courts ignore Atiku who came second and announce Obi as winner?
