Almost all stock in this market have negative real yield when when their respective dividend yield is adjusted for 23% inflation. can we still say they are under valued considering this our peculiar inflation that growing month on month one can submit that at the short run dividend investors are loosing value. emmanuelewumi: Be careful, on what basis. I have the following intrinsic values using 5 years average EPS and 5 years average return on equity and then making provision for margin of safety

dennis3888: Good day everyone please i need your candid advise and opinion
Am about to leave my bank job of seven years with a salary of 100k for a new business note the business has already been set up already
my fears is that am married and you know what that means i have ready responsibilities. so am now having fears that what of it doesn't work (which have been praying about seriously).
probably the fears is just in my head. your opinion please IF EVERYTHING IS SET FOR COMMENCEMENT, TAKE YOUR 30DAYS ANNUAL LEAVE RUN THE BUSINESS FOR 30 DAYS WHILE STILL ON LEAVE DO YOUR PROFIT OR LOSS ACCOUNT FOR THE 30DAYS IF YOU MAKE UPTO 70K THEN IT IS WORTH RESIGNING FOR OTHERWISE GET SOMEBODY TO RUN IT ON PROFIT SHARING ARRANGEMENT |

PresidentBuhari: The payment might not drop until 22 Dec upwards, which is the closing date for the newly published Sukuk bond.
The last Sukuk FGN wanted to borrow N150 billion, ended up borrowing N165 billion.
This year they want to borrow over N250 billion, who knows how much they will end up borrowing. The settlement of maturing Sukuk seems to be paid for with monies generated from new subscribers, I think there was another Sukuk in June used to settle accrued interests.
A country is only assumed to handle it's debt portfolio well when the subscribers have money to pump into it, when the money becomes scarce and worthless, foul nyash go open "wozaaaaaa" please stop spreading false information . naira obligations is the least of governments worries as it relates to debt repayment and servicing |

NL1960: You mean if you transfer money from your GTB Current account to your GTB Savings account, COT will not be charged on the transaction?. yes dear |
Investment › Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by X21: 10:43am On Jan 26, 2021 |
NL1960: This will not solve the problem because COT or Account Maintenance charge is per transaction. So if he was doing a monthly cumulative debit of N10m disbursed several times, he will still need to move the N10m at once to the savings accounts. The 0.1% COT will still be charged on that one time N10m movement from the current to the savings account. i do this every time. there is no charge with GTB. i do not know about other banks. keep an open mind and ask relevant people |
