Stop saying this when Nigeria cannot export any finished product to any western country. There is no existing trade agreements to that effect. As per your last paragraph, do you even know that small start-ups are more flexible than big corporations? Do u even know anything or are you just blinded by hatred? Do you know that after the completion of dangotes refinery, he can't sell a drop of petrol to any country outside sub-Saharan Africa without government negotiations? You can't bring in finished products into western countries without bilateral trade agreements between the two countries. As it is, the only thing Nigeria can export to western countries are raw materials...

But I think computer science in Nigeria is the worst course to study in Nigeria owing to the fact that most lecturers have little or no programming experience and most times students are subjected to learning aceic languages like COBOL PASCAL FOTRAN , etc whereas those languages are now too low for the basic in these ever evolving tech industry

Those languages aren't as useless as you think.. COBOL for example is strong in business logic, pascal is great for learning algorithms.

I think those languages in addition to C and C++ should be major requirements. If you complain about them, what then will self taught programmers like us do? There should be a difference, just like there's a difference between a formally trained medical doctor and a roadside chemist.

Well php will only output formatted html content to the browser. What you want to do can entirely be done with html and css. Don't just learn bootstrap but learn css too. Learn grid systems in css. Using % or em/rem instead of px. Then combining your style sheet with bootstrap.

Also find a good icon library (svg)... You can download and link it locally in your project, or you can link directly from the cdn. I suggest bootstrap icons.

Finally, even pros still do a lot of googling and a lot of trial and error. Keep trying on it. Nice work

Php isn't a front end language, hence you can never know. It's also neither a stylesheet nor a markup language, hence it has zero effect on the look of your pages.

It's common to use a separate style sheet in addition to bootstrap in order to get the desired effect you want. Otherwise you'd see yourself heavily modifying bootstrap css (which is not advisable, because it will bring in constraints when you want to update).. That's if you're linking it locally... If you're linking from a cdn, there's no way to modify it
