PoliticsRe: Tinubu Budgets N7bn For Renovating President, Vice Official Residences In Lagos by Xiaohei(m): 4:13am On Nov 02, 2023
Tinubu and his band of thieving cronies should steal, loot and misappropriate all the money they can. Nothing dey happen. They can go ahead and run the country down; they should borrow money from China and all other nations and monetary institutions and spend the money. Nothing dey happen! Nigerians are used to suffering and smiling. Silly bunch of idiots! Una go hear win!

PoliticsRe: Moghalu Criticises FG's plan To Borrow $1.5bn, buy SUVs For NASS Members by Xiaohei(m):
Nigerians deserve all the sufferings they’re going through. I’ve never seen this many idiots huddled together in one country before! Borrowing money to buy cars for policymakers who most likely already own one or two cars makes zero sense! While policymakers in advanced countries make do with either their personal cars or public transportation, their counterparts in Nigeria ( a poor country by almost all economic standards) are living like members of the British royal family! And the most puzzling and annoying part of it all is that there are sycophantic Nigerians who continue to sing praises for the very politicians who have made their lives and those of their families perpetually miserable! I swear inherently stupid people full Nigeria. Every right-thinking Nigerian should hustle hard ooo cos this country no send anybody!

You still had to get S23+ while still using your iphone? Mehnn... iphone is definitely not for me.

I can't afford the latest Samsung flagships hence my desire to get an older one.
Yes, I use both of them for entirely different purposes. Note 10 and 20 are solid phones; go for either of them.

I can relate. I used the earlier series of iPhone, then I switched to Samsung Note series for their user friendliness across board. To ease the workload off my Note 10 Lite, I got an iPhone 13 Pro Max two years ago. When my Note 10 Lite suffered a motherboard issue two months ago, I retired the trooper, and got me an S23+

So, my phone screen got crushed this week and it has been hell trying to find a worthy replacement.

My phone fell from my hand into the open tiled road with the screen facing the ground and was immediately crushed by a moving keke. However, only the screen and the camera glass was damaged. The phone still works perfectly. I was even still getting calls but I couldn't pick them.

I am talking about Umidigi Bison 6GB RAM,128GB ROM

that I bought for N78,000 in 2021. The phone spent a total of 2 years and 8 months with me and I loved our time together.

Although, I had to replace the battery in the middle of this year but this was the only time I had to repair the phone.

Now I am in the market for a worthy replacement but I'm just overwhelmed. The rising cost of the dollar against the Naira has not made it any easier too.

I am hoping to get the Samsung S or Note series. Preferably a new one but the S20 plus I saw on jumia feels like a refurbished one.

Any advice on where to get an original one will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Ps: I am willing to sell the motherboard and battery of my former phone as replacement part for anyone interested.
Buy an iPhone 📱 perhaps a 7 plus

So no facts?! 🤷🏽‍♂️

No major successful companies in SA?🤷🏽‍♂️

Just beer parlours, brothels, drug dens and yahoo cafes? 🤷🏽‍♂️

And that's what we envy?🤷🏽‍♂️
And who patronizes those places? Your people! Demand and supply. In fact it is excess demand versus little supply! Nigerians are simply providing much needed services to your countrymen and women! I’d reckon you’d be pleased that Nigerians are providing relief to your people in the little way they can. What’s wrong with you, man? Don’t take our benevolence for granted, okay? Show some appreciation, it’s not difficult to do. Whenever your men and women are sex-starved, Nigerian pimps make everybody happy. Whenever the druggies in your country need a fix, Nigerians are their plug. Whenever the umqombothi-drenched drunkards in your country want a cupper or a barrel, they head to a Nigerian -owned beer parlour to get their guts filled. And whenever the legions of uneducated, unemployed youths in your country get peeved about not having any money, who do they go to? Nigerians! Nigerians school them on how to make money online! Be grateful; not all Africans are as benevolent as Nigerians. Hell, we played a huge role in your country’s freedom. Now I’m thinking we should’ve left your sorry asses to rot under apartheid! Bunch of delusional wankers!

Israel comiting the biggest massacre and genocide in history.

The effect is that they are breeding people with more resilience and vengeance.

You can't just take possession of people's ancestral land/ heritage by force and you tell them how to react or not to react.

A lot of people here needs to pick up history lessons.
Atrocities have been committed by both sides. Why don’t you show the number of Israelis the Palestinians have killed? Five times Israel proposed a two-state solution by on all five occasions Palestinian leaders refused. The ancestral land you spoke of belonged to the Jews as well. Permit me to ask you, where were the Jews before they were scattered abroad? In Nigeria?

One of the things that fascinates me about many of these developed countries is their cleanliness. Like almost everywhere is squeaky clean and organised.

Back here, we still struggle with implementing and maintaining even the most basic of social amenities.

I just pray God make a way for me to experience life in one of these developed countries.
You will experience it sooner than you think. Honestly speaking one has to leave Nigeria to truly grasp how backward we have become. We struggle to get even the most basic things done. Na only God sabi wetin do the black race.

Am sure if you're giving that appointment you will gladly accept without complaining

Looked through the pages to check if someone had already straightened you or talked sense into you, but nah, no one did, which validates your point that Nigerians are mostly composed of dull brains, including those that liked and supported your garbage write up.

I will leave this here, there is something called motive. Aside Naira Marley and his associates, no other person has any ulterior motive to cause harm to Mohbad. Naira Marley has always maltreated Mohbad via proxy, which even makes it more suspicious that him and his puppet Sam Larry more complicit in his death.

Without Mohbads death, if Nigeria was a sane place with bright brains, Naira and Larry should have been serving extensive jail sentences for bullying and harassing Mohbad.

Nobody has monopoly of violence and intimidation, but oh well, not in Nigeria where the gangs of Lagos are up in your case.
Thank you for this!

If you get that kind money, Iphone is better. Why? It keeps the value. Try to sell the Samsung and iPhone you bought for 1m in the next 2 years.
That Samsung will be 200k, while the iPhone might be worth the same 1m taking inflation into consideration.
Imagine iPhone from 6-7 years ago still sells for 200k.
Watin I know sef, me we de use 5 year old Huawei. cool
You’re right. iPhones get solid second hand value. I’m currently using a Samsung S23+, and a very clean iPhone 13 pro max which I’ll take to the apple dealership for exchange for iPhone 15 pro max sometime soon.

Some Nigerians are euphoric whenever ‘bad’ news is said about Nigeria. We know the country is tough for average Nigerians, but it isn’t an excuse for us to be perpetually cynical about every decisions the government makes. I’m not a fan of Festus Keyamo because he’s garrulous, with a penchant to be insensitive. Keyamo might be wrong on the directive that airlines use the new terminal, only time will tell. In the meantime, let’s seat back with an open mind and watch how things play out at Terminal 2. And while we’re doing that, I hope the federal government will be making conscientious efforts to expand the terminal so it can accommodate all types of aircraft. Nigeria better na for all of us.
