The Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, on Wednesday declared that the Nigerian economy is not in confusion.
Noting that the Nigeria economy has been heading to recession in the past six years, she however said that the economy is presently in the right hands.
She spoke with State House correspondents at the end of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting presided by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Adeosun was accompanied to the briefing by the Ministers of Agriculture, Audu Ogbeh; Mines and Steel Development, Kayode Fayemi; Information, Lai Mohammed and Education, Adamu Adamu.

@OP, President FDR came in the midst of the Great Depression - and pulled millions of Americans out of it with effective leadership starting with his flagship, The New Deal.

He was a great democrat president following in the steps of a great republican president 70 years before, Lincoln.

Buhari came at the start of a recession - and his job on the saddle so far has exposed him as grossly incompetent. He is delving the country deeper into recession like President Hoover. We await hopefully an FDR to takeover from Buhari to help clean up this mess.

So if you keep deceiving yourself that your 'saviour' Buhari is not to blame, then blame me or you or Jonathan or Yar'Adua or Obasanjo or Lugard or even Queen Victoria. Now the blame is no longer on your 'saviour', hope you will now be able to sleep easily at night.
