why not channel the 500billion naira for agriculture..... n scrap that white elephant school feeding rubbish cos we all know that corruption from all sector involves in the process will flourish and some region will benefit more from that feeding.

I kind of agree with you. The Bible defines sin as a transgression of the law, so if something is deemed illegal by the laws of the land, then that's sin against the land. It may not necessarily be sin against God, though, which is where the guidance of the Holy Ghost (and maybe your conscience) comes in

If govt. says the goods were contraband then why go ahead to distribute them to the IDP, thereby introducing contraband goods into the society that you are trying to protect.
Isnt that foolishness or does he thinks the IDP are lesser humans compared to fellow Nigerians?

Also imagine if some of the contraband goods were pharmaceutical products or substandard products then are you saying its ok for the IDP to use them?

The oil price would certainly come back up, it's not the first time we are seeing a nosedive like this. World supply is getting shortened as some production facilities have been shut. It's only a matter of time before the market would start experiencing an undersupply that will drive the prices up eventually. Simple economics!!!!
