Instead Audu Ogbeh should be commended for bringing prosperity to yam farmers in benue and he appears to be taking shine off the state government from Abuja. So Ortom had to come up with an anti-grazing non-sense pretending to be contributing to the lot of the farmer. Let Ortom show what he has done for benue farmers other than anti-grazing lies.....This is exactly the point Governor Lalong of Plateau state was insinuating.

So what do you expect a sinking governor with this kind of performance to do knowing that another election is approaching? This explains his shameful tactics of using anti-grazing law to cause chaos in an otherwise peaceful state....He doesn't want benue people to ask questions hence he created a situation that would put them in a mourning mood and kept blaming the federal government and attracting public sympathy. The innocent blood he has spilled will judge him.

Fulani cattle breeders are really neglected for a long time and so many were killed and their cattle. We can recall recent cattle rustling all over the country.

But since most of them don't have any access to media outfit to express their grievances, they are left to leak their wounds in silence.

Sadly, the government has failed to tackle the enormous challenges between them and the farmers. Though some of them vent their anger by killing farmers even after little altercation. So bad!

We need peace to enable us grow as a country. Also, bad governance, poverty, unemployment and sentiments are among factors that continue to worsen the situation.

May peace reign in Nigeria.

For some of you who celebrate when herdsmen are killed, how do you feel when they retaliate?

The fact is that whether a fulani,tiv,or IPOB is killed, none of them deserves to die in such a cruel manner. They are all human lives and jubilating over the death of any human shows how inhuman most of us are.

Instead of showing support from either sides, or pointing fingers which only makes the problem more complex, we should all come out and push the government to find a lasting solution.
