I was actually hoping he would suggest some of the regulatory practices that would help the country manage crypto-currencies

His statement sounds more like he is playing to the gallery rather than actually having any useful ideas or really being concerned for those affected

This isn't a mistake and is not an issue of someone messing up. This loophole was left intentionally so that those who "know" that they own Nigeria can continue to manipulate the system.

It is the same reason why 20 years after it's establishment INEC is still battling with how to organise a credible election. The same reason why census results in Nigeria are not plausible. And why NNPC cannot make a profit or balance its account books.

It is most likely the auditor-general is raising up the issue now because some "ordinary Nigerians" have discovered the backdoor and had the audacity to take advantage of it.

Health / Cell Phones Might Be Causing Horns To Grow On Young People's Skulls by XKZ(m): 8:07pm On Jun 20, 2019
Researchers at the University of the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia have found evidence that our frequent use of mobile devices could be fundamentally altering our physiology. Specifically, they’re seeing horn-like bone spurs appear on younger adults (the most frequent users of those devices).

The good news, if there is any here, is that you’re not going to see a generation of kids looking like triceratops wannabes, with horns poking out of their foreheads. The bad news is, the spurs are growing at the back of the skull.

Here’s what’s happening. Frequent users of mobile devices regularly tilt their heads forward to view them. That shifts the weight of the head from the spine to muscles in the back of the head, which causes bones to grow in the tendons and ligaments. That results in a horn-like spur that grows from the base of the skull.

“Our findings raise a concern about the future musculoskeletal health of the young adult population and reinforce the need for prevention intervention through posture improvement education,” the scientists noted in the report, which was originally published a year ago, but has come to more prominent attention recently.

The study looked at 1,200 X-rays taken in Queensland covering a wide variety of ranges. One-third of those showed the bone spur, with the frequency decreasing with age. Larger spurs were much more prominent in younger people.

Cell phones have been criticized for their impact on human health before, but researchers say this is the first time the body has shown an adaptation to technology used in everyday life.

“An important question is what the future holds for the young adult populations in our study, when development of a degenerative process is evident in such an early stage of their lives?,” they wrote.

Worried about the effect of phones on your own body? The study’s lead author suggests you run your hand over the lower rear part of your skull, telling the Washington Post that if you’ve got a horn growing there, you can probably feel it.

It is normal for the parts of one's body that are usually covered to be lighter than the face (and back of the hand) that always see the sun.

In fact a sure sign that someone is lightening/toning/bleaching their skin is when their whole body has an even tone.

He headed a terrorist organization known as the Muslim Brotherhood, an organization that is similar to MURIC in Nigeria..

Besides being banned and labelled as terrorists by authoritarian Arab regimes, has the Muslim Brotherhood been linked to any acts of terror

WAEC will not give the confirmation of results to you...if your school will give you the transcripts, it must remain sealed till WES gets it, its better to send the other documents splitting the cost with someone else...i.e two or more envelopes in one DHL bag as document. I am waiting for my transcripts before i send out the copies the applicant is to send to WES. If you are in Lag and want to split cost...DHL to Canada is 23k(as at last week when i checked), we can split.

I am ready to split cost with anyone sending items to WES Canada

this is not the WAEC result posting...I am referring to the cost of sending the other copies you are to send to WES on your own

UPS to WES from WAEC is 9500, DHL is 10k

I will advice split to courier fee, I did same yesterday 14th June.

23K is a lot of money even after splitting 2 or 3 times. Why don't you consider faxing.
