Most times people who need free Bill of Quantities and free services generally are very unserious about paying value for what they get. There are many dubious clients out there. Then pack a handful of labourers to join him then the Dubious Client sees himself as an emergency expert to tell them what to do. With his brother on ground he feels his interest is protected.

When his brother dupes him, and the labourers build rubbish for him, he will start looking for the EXPERT STRUCTURAL ENGINEER like me to correct the rubbish job. That is why I charge MORE to do correction than to do the actual construction. Every week in Lagos, I correct atleast 4 different buildings. Some of them are even from Nairalanders.

Bottom line is that clients should be able to engage EXPERTS to build right from scratch. My business mentor defines Quality as getting it right the first time.

Whoever reported to you didn't do well, what exactly is all these, the 28 days quoted is clearly explained, the 28 days is for drivers license processing and printing of the permanent drivers license. The person that informed you doesn't have a driving school code which obviously will take about a week. This is why I choose clearly before I do anything for peeps on NL, I've done for at least 15 people from here without any issue.
