HANDS TIED.

 The state is in a state of emergency. The rate at which women are killed and butchered with some part of their body cut off is on the increase, with an unidentified killer roaming round the city looking for more souls to kill. Detective Michael wished that God had given him an ugly look and a dull brain instead of giving him a handsome body and a sharp brain with the inability to satisfy a woman sexually (he has never gained an erection) which has affected his social life so seriously. No woman has ever been with him up to three months. Antonio on the other hand is a handsome, young man and energetic man who looks quiet and innocent with a strong libido that could only be compared to the prowess of a he goat. Antonio is a man-eating monster who started eating human flesh at a very young age, he started with females and he continued with them. He has a way of getting to his prey, he would make them fall in love with him, make them see him as a harmless guy and when they least expect he would kill them. He never dated for up to five months before he carries out this act, however he doesn’t approach these girls they are always after him. His first victim was Becky whom he killed and hid her body while they were playing in the woods .Becky’s body was not found until after two weeks with no killer identified after the investigation, his second victim was his single mother (GERTRUDE) who was the architect of his love for human flesh, his love for human flesh was stirred up as a result of the bed time stories of man eating monsters that Gertrude usually tells him. He killed her in their rich isolated farm land and from there he became an expert in the act and had no heart for so many years later, brutal killing and dumping of some part of dead females between the range of eighteen to fifty (18-50) became the order of the day with so many investigations going on and yet no clear killer was caught.
Antonio killed CLARA the only daughter of HENRY, a business tycoon .Clara has been addicted to sex for years. Her father knew about this and he wasn’t happy about it but each time he tries stopping her by keeping her grounded in the house  she turns out to be worst. He paid  ANGELINA to guard her against the unidentified killer of females whom autopsy results proves that he always had sexual intercourse with his victims before he kills them. On the day of Clara’s death Antonio sped off in a saloon car with her immediately, she asked her body guard to get something she said she forgot in the supermarket .Out of Clara’s lustful desire she didn't call for help thinking that Antonio was looking for a place to heat her up as he never enjoys doing it in a place that is not conducive for it. Angelina who was unable to catch up with them since Antonio was on a high speed called Clara’s father for assistance. HENRY was angry but planned to deal with her daughter when she arrived. He promised to make her grounded until she learnt her lesson by being obedient .Antonio took Clara to a lonely place, had sex with her and then killed her. He hid her in the flowers with her breast cut off and left for his house which is unknown to Angelina. The next day Henry saw his daughter’s lifeless body on the TV screen he was devastated. He called in the police who later arrested Antonio in a pub for questioning. He was questioned but no evidence of Clara’s death was found. The police did an autopsy on Clara to see if his fingerprints would appear as the killer but it didn’t (because Antonio always washed his hands with some substance whenever he wants to embark on such act). Antonio told the police that he truly sped off with her but he dropped her on the way when she ordered him to. The police granted him bail.
Still in doubt, HENRY paid detective Michael to investigate secretly into the matter without letting so many people know apart from themselves for the fear that some one might leak it to Antonio. Detective Michael started investigating with the statement that Antonio wrote when he was arrested over Clara’s death, which helped him find Antonio’s home town which he travelled to at once. the three months he spent in Antonio’s home town was spent hiding his identity, making friends, talking to them about the killing that's been happening in the city where he came from and in-turn they told him that they once experienced it in 1992 but it stopped in 1996 and that is the exact time the killing started in the city.   Detective Michael saw it as a punishment to the women folk and he seems to like it becauses he had been treated badly by girls in the past. He reported back that Antonio knew nothing about the killing; it never occurred to him that his twenty-five year old sister might also fall into the trap of this man eating monster. Four months after the investigation Michael’s only sister called to tell him she now has a boy friend and would like to introduce him to him. he  promised to come over and have a get together party with them, it was at the  party that he realized that the person his sister was dating is Antonio .he got angry immediately he saw him, he warned him to stay off Annabel whom did not take his words likely. She warned him to live her house and never disturb her relationship with Antonio because he couldn't bring up a good reason for asking her to leave her almost perfect relationship. After the incident the relationship between the two siblings became unstable and Michael was not at peace with it cause he needed to get closer to his sister and find out how long she has been into the relationship in order to calculate the duration logically and know when Antonio would want to carry out his evil act so that he would catch him in the act with a fresh evidence that he would show to the police that will eventually put him behind bars (the old one will implicate him). He pretended to have had a change of heart towards the relationship which eventually worked. (Annabel believed him) Annabel told him everything about her relationship including the day she started dating Antonio. Then he started planning, he planned everything in such a way that he would work over time so that at the end of the four months he would go on leave and have enough time to bodyguard his sister secretly .Unfortunately for Michael his plan did not work because the police noticed his (in-sincere) hard work and decided to reward him as the map man of the year award. The map man of the year award is an award that is been given to men in the police force whose record has shown to have worked tirelessly in the police force. Once it has been bestowed on someone he cannot refuse it or retire at that moment because is an insult to the police force and the map man must leave for the camp the next day whether you are prepared or not .He was to leave for the camp where he would stay for three months training and encouraging the youngsters about to be recruited into the police force. Two days after Annabel’s relationship with Antonio became five months old. Michael lost concentration in the camp. The commissioner of police got information that detective Michael was no longer doing the job he was sent to do in the camp. So he left for the camp immediately to go talk some sense into Michael. The commissioner got to the camp and started advising Michael, while advising Michael on how to take things easy, Michaels mind was busy pondering on how to run out of the camp with the commissioner’s jeep which wasn't far from the camp to go and save his sister whom might be pleading for her life at the moment. all of a sudden a strange feeling of fear gripped Michael that made him feel that something bad was happening to his sister and truly something bad was about happening to her. Antonio is about to do to her what he has done to so many girls, but hers is a bit different because he had taken her to his home town so that she wouldn't be located so easily by her brother. In a blink of an eye Michael snatched the commissioner’s car keys and ran away with his car. The commissioner radioed all stations around Michaels’ place to go in search of him immediately. After hiding in the shadow of a harmless guy for five months Antonio decided to show Annabel his true self, after his normal way of taking the girls to cloud nine, he started showing her the other side of the game hitting her on the wall as much as he can to get her tired .Michael rushed to Annabel’s house but couldn't find her, he rushed to Antonio’s house  but still couldn't find them and so he left for his own house immediately to get the map he used in locating Antonio’s hometown while investigating him. In the process of bringing out the map, the file on which he wrote his true findings about Antonio fell from the drawer including the photo copy of the map and his diary on which he wrote his sins as a police detective, but he didn’t pack them back. The police man that, the commissioner radioed to capture Michael has gotten to Michaels house, they saw the documents and read them. With that they were able to get the picture of all that has been happening; however some police went to Antonio’s hometown the next day. Michael got to Antonio’s home town in the evening to get his sister but unfortunately for him Antonio was as prepared as he was and so it was a huge fight before Antonio finally tied him on a chair and butchered his sister right in front of him. The next day he started with Michael cutting him slowly .The police invaded Antonio’s place that morning but he escaped on seeing them leaving Michael’s legs amputated with bruises all over his body. The police took Michael to a hospital and treated him for weeks after which he confessed. Antonio was still hiding but was later captured in a pub after he had bragged about all has been doing to the women folk under the hypnosis of  alcohol .Michael and Antonio were tried in the court and were found guilty. They were killed by firing squad.
