Fhemmmy: A friend at the embassy always crack my ribs when we talking and she tells me of some of the silly mistakes that the Nigerians are making on their applications . . . Lol, but like you said, collectively all these could be erased or at least minimized . . .

bros, we can start by u helping us in listing those silly mistake dat we nigerians normally make during our applications to that our fall 2013 brothers and sisters can start correcting those mistake and avoid been denied

iluminati: @ efizpo then tell me why u will have huge account, submitted to cdhc then latter withdraw it and at end cdhc will say ''insuficient funds'' they do confirm and most people in this thread can testify that their sponsor's bank called them. I work in bank so i know what am saying. Yoo have already printed ur bank statement of account and expose ur money to cdhc so what else are u hidding or what privacy?

@efizpo and illuminati plz u guys shuld allow dis whole verification account rest, if cdhc call bank to confirm or not is not our problem as long as ur account is legit u got nothing to fear abt....... Plz, mk dis one no come prolong dis thread again.

wemi85: @ siga just to say thank you for your advice the other day. i asked some weeks ago about my friend who studied in the UK but his UK student visa on his passport was just two years because his sister applied for stay for him while he was in the UK.And the stay was refused eventually. Anyway he got his medical instructions today and he is on his way to pick it up. Thank GOD CDHC was not concerned about why he had only a UK study visa of two years and he studied for four years there. Thanks for your help again Siga....

dosunmu matilda: My husband is my sponsor and his account had balance of 6 million, and cash inflow of 19million and i also put my property documents,cars document and also c'/o of our company and i also paid my sch fees infact exactly how we arranged d'document dat how it is with all d'robber bands so its as if they did not even touch d'documents at all i also have 3 different visas in my passport and also 2yrs uk visa so where is the problem from enh am tired i guess i will just leave and go to uk and relax befor i know d'next step my heart is so heavy right now am so sad

effizypo: I just tracked now and here is what I saw: Your application has been assessed by the Canadian High Commission/Consulate General of Canada and is being returned to the centre where you applied. I guess its a refusal. Not quite sure what to do, to reapply or just forget it. Time is not on my side. Will head to VFS later today to collect my precious docs.

I got into this situation... In the past 2006, i applied for a vistor's visa to the US but it was denied. In 2007 , I applied again and got 1 year visa, went to the u.s, spent 6 months over there never over stayed and came back home. i decided to take a trip to belize in 2009 for a visit went to belize and decided to apply for a U.S student visa was denied and the reason was you were unable to demonstrate sufficiently strong economic , educational, family and or social linkages to belize that would compel you to return after your travel to the united states.. and i agree with that cuz i was only on a one month visitor's visa when i applied at that time but now I'M resident of this country and have all ties that links me to this place, But My Question I have a new passport now and I have decided to apply for college in canada , In the BACKGROUND INFORMATION "Have you ever been refused a visa, admission, or ordered to leave Canada or other countries? how should i answer this cause im worried if l answer with a yes i might be refused my study permit.. !? what do y'all suggest i do.. !? i need everyone thought on this..! plz sha! what advice do you have for brother oh ! P.S i have good travel history and never over stayed or got into any trouble, or over stayed my visa for any country!

guy i will suggest u fill in NO..... Cos dey cant start pulling up all ur travel history to comfirm if ur answer was right or wrong. To b on a safer side fill in NO. Guru's in d house should also suggest

for me I applied sept 7 to CDHC, at the same time got a full scholarship in France to study masters,I didnt have interest in france before but with Jesus4all issue I have change my mind,.......

My advice for those comming to Canada. Grab a programming skill if you can. JAVA, C++/C, C#, .net, Python, PHP. Arranged in the order of Job availability. Any of the first 3 most importantly. You would thank God you took to my advice.
