In my own opinion I think idea is the best. If you have capital and no idea, people will probably be taking your money on the pretext that they will get you a very good idea that you can invest on. You must realize anyone who has idea is looking for capital himself with which to finance his ideas and so he will not get you the best form of the idea. He is only interested in your money. When you have ideas, and you have a burning desire coupled with faith then one way or the other, you will raise the capital you need. One way of getting through with an idea is keeping quiet until you arrive with your product otherwise someone else whom you shared it with because of capital may go ahead and execute it and claim the patent for it.
