He/she was classified as osu and the offspring of such union, if married, is also seen as osu, even if just one of the parents is osu. It's an archaic practice now heavily criminalized.

INEC is a huge joke. How did we get here? After elections are won and lost and the last cases are over at the highest courts of the land. It's clear that only those caught on the wrong side of parties at any instance would be prosecuted as scapegoats.

Every case should be examined properly for their merit. Some opposition candidates have a case, but collusion of INEC makes evidence impossible to obtain. There should be judicial reforms and reformation of INEC.
