Pele o, Pinnick. It's a sad loss for the entire Nigeria. He lost out in the power game. One way or the other, the CAF President lost confidence in his 1st Vice president. Well, Pinnick can vie for the top position whenever it is vacant. We have to play politics with moderation and loyalty is of essence anywhere. |
Ajimobi, did u say that or not? I will be surprised a Nigerian Politician would be rejecting a ministerial appointment, preferring that it goes to (sic) a younger person. That's complete balderdash. Ajimobi would have conscripted his son to take the Ministerial slot while he pursued the Senate. Our politicians are that selfish. ![]() |
Well, there is reason for utmost care in the El-Zakzaky case. If Court grants him bail for medical treatment abroad, I think the government should respect that. But I am really skeptical about the possibility of that. This sect issue should be treated with all care, I repeat and transparency. Let us not create another Boko haram out of them. God help us. |
Thegamingorca:Shut up. What is inciting about the statement? I am not from SS but the Gov's twit is innocent. U dnt expect otherwise. |
So, how safe is Nigeria when people of this top cadre are also not safe. I think that if state police can stem this ugly tide, so be it. Nigeria is under-policed. The Growing insecurity needed to be urgently addressed. We pray he is returned safely to his family. It is only when one falls victim that one would imagine the harrowing experience of victims and their loved ones. |
The biggest problem facing Nigeria now is Diezani Allison Madueke. All she looted needed to be recovered before we appoint Ministers. She needs to be tried and jailed before Nigeria can recover economically under PMB. ![]() |
Talented hun. Like father like son. Looks more European than the average Brazilian though. I am a bloody black and proud of my African ancestry ![]() |
Money is good indeed. Look at how the children are glowing like the rising sun. Happy birthday cuties and salute to the wonderful family. |
I used to think that there are two classes of Northerners, the mindless looters in power and the pious poor masses. Yahoo yahoo didnt seem to be their forte, maybe because of intellectual challenge, but kidnapping is. They were slow to copy the kidnappings in the Niger Delta. When they did, it was attended to with illiterate brutality. It was no longer expatriate-targeted but even poor masses in commuter vehicles became victims. The North will come to yahoo yahoo. Its only a matter of time. That one required more brain than they parade. They need harder work ![]() |
Shebi the show just start. When konji catch her, she will bleep him and regret later. Nina and Bambam on my mind. |
And the rising insecurity continues. There might have been informants. There's rarely a crime as this without collusion from insider sources. May the money be found and the culprits punished! |
Jealous of Davido and Chef Chioma? Until you truly want to SEE that woman, you may never. Wizzy is blind and cant see women. Only ladies he can see is Tiwa and their like. Unless Wizkid defines what he wants in a woman and sticks to it, he will continue being confused by the beauties he comes across everyday in every part of the world. He cannot be young or famous forever. It's his time to look back to find true love, else he will regret in due course. |
Well, I like fried and boiled egg. I can eat egg however it was prepared. But there is the usual concern of eating in excess and injuring one's health. The consumer protection agency should be more active in Nigeria and scrutinize these kind of advice to avoid health concerns. I do know that there is limit, but what it is, I don't know. Researchers have not helped matters either. They would peg limit to two eggs per serving, then criminalize the yoke of the egg, declaring only the albumen ( white part) safe. Another study would say the entire egg was nutritive. Haba. The verdict is to eat as one desires but with moderation. QED. |
The story seems over sensationalized. I do not think there was rape, molesting maybe. But in any case, conviction is difficult because the evidence required to nail him has evaporated. A shrewd victim will report to her lawyer within hours of the rape and keep required evidence. It's obvious there's more to the rape allegation than meets the eye. If I were in Fatoyinbo's shoes and I am innocent, I will sue. |
Bambam looks pretty here, like an overpainted baby doll. The entire paint industry in Nigeria is finished. They are looking for restock from Ghana. Who is she showing those beautiful fat sleepers? Teddy isn't on Nairaland or is he? I do not understand the over-fixation on Bambam and the other BBN prostitutes. Haba. What do we do now? Fry beans? |
That the District head of Daura, the unofficial capital of Nigeria could be kidnapped is a symbol of the insecurity level in our country. He is the head of the President's town. This is a wake up call otherwise one day we may wake up to hear that Aso Rock has been kidnapped We bless God for the successful release of the monarch. |
Probe is good irrespective of the personalities involved especially where there is no political undertone or witch-hunt involved. I have always been very skeptical of the Buhari so-called fight against corruption. No APC stalwart has ever been convicted. Orji-Kalu looting Nig-limited and Akpabio AKS unlimited have left the newsstand. They are now saints. We need to seriously and diligently prosecute all yam eaters irrespective of political leaning. Nigerians should also learn to help functional governance by bringing their protest-pressure to bear on bad governance/ miss-probes. |
We have heard, a Police officer in the UK coming to grab reality show chance from unemployed Nigerians, that's not truly fair. Well, let us see if the Police in the UK can still retain her after she leaves the house or there will be ethical issues ![]() |
It is proper to specify that majority of these so-called rapes aren't rape in the first place. They are consensual. Many of these girls are into runs. They scarcely read. To pass, they now target weak lecturers with trade by barter, only to claim rape later. I do not support even the case of sex for marks in the higher institutions. It has bastardized education! Let those who were genuinely raped speak out with convincing evidence or remain calm forever. We need to weed out irresponsible lecturers, there are many unemployed responsible people to occupy the vacated posts. Convicts can retire into porn industry. ![]() |
Eee wu, this one is a cannibal in-training. Are we safe at all? They should extract all her teeth o before she starts eating fellow human beings. ![]() |
Nigeria is not yet there and Nigerians are the problem of Nigerians. We are talking about removal of subsidy to continue to punish the common man while people sit one place collecting billions of our commonwealth. This breakdown doesn't include Tips from padded budgets and other oversights functions that the legislative houses are heavily bribed to effect. With this crop of leaders, it's not yet uhuru for Nigeria. |
searchlight:You criticize who can learn not someone who doesn't even read newspapers. We are waiting for Atiku's mandate or 2023. Nigeria is on auto pilot. |
GEJ has been more relevant in retirement than he could have been had it he muscled his way to second tenure. May God always guide our decisions so that the long time effects aren't disastrous. While he was in power, I criticized his lack of control over the then presidency cabal. I was also not happy with his slow pace of governance. Out of power today and in retrospect it seemed he did his best in the circumstances, even though his best wasn't enough. |
Nice one from His Excellency, governor Obiano. We should also stop drinking alcohol, we don't need Dutch courage in governance, it's brainwork. ![]() |
What is happening in this country, Rivers state in particular? The cheapness of human life and the desecration of marriage via spouse killing is getting appalling. Are there no other ways of resolving marital crisis? Would it have been herculean for this lady to walk out of that marriage through divorce? Why the killing? This is a typical crime of passion. But whatever the grievances or motivations she is guilty because a corpse cannot defend itself. A big pity. I can feel the dilemma of the children of such marriage. Mother killed father, where and who do they stand with?? |
With this high preponderance of Northern candidates shortlisted, are we to conclude that the 10:1 ratio vis-à-vis southern candidates meant that many southern candidates were not shortlisted or that a general apathy existed south of Nigeria with respect to police recruitment? We need to have statistical data of past intakes. The Armed forces and Police seem to be progressively colonized by a section of the country. I hate to express this sentiment but it is real and the consequences are dire. |
Chei, Tina Onwudiwe, the immortal African Oyinbo. It's been a very long time. The grave has no respect for even legends and beauties. It's a surprise that nobody remembers this exceptional lady today in the craze for Davido, Tuface, Wizkid, Tiwa, Simi and the lot. These new crop musicians aren't doing enough to remember the legacies of their predecessors. They should know that in a decade or two new musicians will come up and they might be eclipsed. The cooking pot for the lizard is the cooking pot for the chameleon. What they do or didnt do today will come back to haunt them. It's called karma. Tina Onwudiwe rest well!! |
Reissue especially of the 100 naira notes is imperative. The CBN should also put meaning into the cashless policy by introducing measures that facilitate e-payments even for micro and medium scale enterprises. Many people don't know that these overused Naira notes are a purveyor of dangerous germs and diseases having gone through the whole gamut of experiences from being sprayed on dead bodies, and shrines to mad men using them as wont, and even sane people's gross unhygienic transactions. There should be stricter control of the naira and seriousness in enforcing anti-naira note sanctions. |
T-billz has suffered. Why must he be introduced as Tiwa's ex - at least we know him by now, same for Tania Omotayo, who's always addressed as Wizkid's ex even in marriage to some other spouse. Can we do better journalism? Let these people recover from their exes. We aint helping matters. ![]() |
This government's over fixation on herdsmen and cattle matters is truly perplexing. The same energy is not channeled towards the welfare of farmers and their agro-products. One would think that cattle rearing is now a federal government concern. I find this undue fixation very vexatious. Cattle rearers have the entire North including Sambisa forest to domesticate. The continuous effort to penetrate the South with their cattle as permanent settlers suggests grave ulterior motives and should be discountenanced. |
Bambam looking gorgeous. I like this lady. Her shape is great except some little hitches around the face, an argument between the nose and the mouth. Everyone seemed to have forgotten her tryst with Teddy in the house. Carry go Bambam. |
