Anybody from that area can use Ganduje as a surname as is tradional in Northern Nigeria.

She or her husband is from the same town with Ganduje, hence the name use and not a daughter to the former Governor (Present National Chairman).

Kwankwaso,Tambuwal, Makarfi, Wammako, Yar'adua, e.t.c are all names of villages and towns in respective northern states. So you would see a good number of people bearing such names with actually no blood or filial relationship.

We have seen situations where contractors are paid and they choose to do shitty jobs.
If not that tge current minister of Works is a civil engineer most of the roads and contractors he has been complaining about we would never have known.

Kalu is not an engineer so he may even visit the site for inspection and not notice anything.

These contracctors can be wicked....

Kalu may not even have an idea that the contractor did a shabby job till now

When these same politicians give contracts out for the personal mansions and luxury cars, they follow up diligently to ensure that the top notch delivery is availed them, even though they aren't builders or auto mechanics.

When they and their families visit hospitals they opt for the best and make regular follow ups. Same with When they choose destinations for their vacations, they select the best hotels and follow up to ensure they get the best thereof.

When it comes to delivering public utilities, we are quick to provide a defence for the elite....so nice😊😊😊

There are clearly marked crossing bridges and area along the entire track from Abuja to Kaduna. Upon approach to any of those, the trains usually slow down and gives warnings ahead.

As usual, our Nigerians create shortcuts which are illegal and dangerous to both themselves and train passengers and are unknown to the train driver.

If the train dare catches brake at these points , the lives of over 800 (passengers) people would be in great danger.

Let the DMBs sell e-dollars for FCY remittance. and for BTA they can issue a travelers cheque or visa/master card with higher daily withdrawal limit. This way nobody needs cash dollars.

Why can’t we just find a simple easy way for those dollar issue. This cbn’s back and forth with BDC is just creating problems for the economy. Your idea has always been postulated as a way out of the FX quagmire we have had to live with in the entire life of our Nationhood.

In practice however the fact remains that either with the use of e currency (FX) or Travellers' Cheque (or a combination of both), the issuing bank would still need to settle it's forex positions with the honouring institutions (counterparty) and would need the CBN to sell it the scarce FX at a competitive rate ,due to the plethora of needs.

There is a huge and insatiable demand for FX from Nigerians and Nigeria for various reasons, the most prevalent being:

- Our status as a non capital and consumer manufacturing/producing Nation, which puts pressure on importation(and thus FX).

- Our likes for foreign products and services (against available local alternatives)

- Our over dependence on oil as a main source of FX (with dwindling fortunes of this and almost zero FDI's).

- Also, Diaspora remittances are also not adequately deployed and channeled to economic activities.

The underlying issues causing the scarcity in the first place must be addressed, then the channels for effectively making them available can be deployed.
