Why is it that our so called prophets,Alfas and mallams cannot prophesy beyond the tip of their noses on events that affect them directly, but can give wild goose predictions on vague events and obtain the nods of the gullible.

omenka: PDP created Boko Haram (according to Azazi) in order to:

1) Use it to decimate the population of the electorates sympathetic to the opposition.

2) Use it as a front to loot the country dry through the allocation of a substantial fraction of our budget to defence and the award of defence contracts running into billions of dollars, the end result of which is only evident in the bank accounts of the PDP chiefs. Everyone knows the account books of the defence ministry is never scrutinised, neither are their accounts audited! It is a safe haven for the sleaziest crooks we have in this country! These monies are eventually used to prosecute elections and ensure the killer party retains power at the centre. The $1bill loan being sought after quickly comes to mind.

3) It was created to be used as a tool to blackmail the opposition. The scourge of kidnapping would have been a lot worse than it is today had the opposition been as strong as it is in the north in the south east!!

4) It was created to be used as a tool or cover to wipe out opposition bigwigs. State agents could assassinate a party chieftain Boko Haram style, riding motorcycles and throwing a couple grenades, and the gullible general public would wave it off as just another victim of Boko Haram!!

5) Use it to distabilize the north and other opposition strongholds, with INEC in tow to declear such states unsafe for elections (Jega already hinted at that), effectively disenfranchising a horde of opposition voters, leaving mostly PDP friendly states to have elections!!


Anyone who doesn't see this handwriting on the wall is acutely shortsighted or simply ignorant.

In other analysis,

1. Boko Haram is as a result of our northern leaders lack of foresight and deft planning which has left the peasant populace uneducated in relevant modern knowledge.

2. The erronuous belief spread by fundamentalist interpretation of the glorious Qur'an by purely misguided 'scholars' who view any opposition to their positions as warranting death and extintinction.
This is watered by our northern politicians condoning of their acts for selfish political gains (all political parties are culprits), thus strengthening the growing monster.

3. The north's belief that an unseen hand is the cause of their woes, rather than look inwards for a solution.

4. The assumption that the sleaze of Boko Haram on the innocent populace would cause a revolt against the government at the center and lead to the opposition gaining sympathy that may translate to electoral victory for them.

5. It is on record that at the early stages of the Boko Haram onslaught, they were shielded and protected from law enforcement agents by the very people of some Borno and yobe communities who now cry blue murder against the same law enforcement agents in their fight against the Boko Haram.

6. For me, if you have your own views about this horrible happenings I also have mine and wouldn't succumb to yours.

Lets do the right thing and throw out anything bad for the society in form of religious, ethnic, political or financial rascalism.
