In a Democracy, it's always taken for granted that there are enlightened, responsible and informed voters who can make right choices. That's where we miss it in Africa and most developing countries and end up with the likes of Robert Mugabe.

Democracy cannot survive where there are greedy, corrupt and Judges without Integrity and dignity, filthy thieves who run after money they really do not need.
