There is no scintilla of doubt that this life is nothing but full of dreams. I don't see the cogent reason why we should embrace this life tightly. Life is a funny place to live. Please drop your pride and do away from an egocentric attitude. It is appalling that we are living a shadow life that no one can envisage what will happen in a few minutes. It is saddening to hear about how millions of people irrespective of religion, ethnicity, political party affiliation, or financial background slumped and died. Why do we have to take this life seriously as if we are a mini-God? Is it worth it?? It is better to live a simple life and avoid an ostentatious lifestyle. |
lonelydora:Why do you intentionally become a pessimist? |
This is a welcome development. However, when do we expect the completion of the Calabr-Itu road? That road is a death trap that has claimed lives over the years |
ERockson:Only if this country has sensible police leaders |
Please attend.Having intimacy does not mean anything because you will surely marry someone else girl friend. This is free world. |

It is condemnable to tag our ladies with such a derogatory phrase because they are not married. Some people are myopic in thinking, and they forget easily that everything in this sinful is time. Nobody deserves to be mocked because the person has not achieved what society wants to see. It is better to be patient than to make the wrong move to marriage. Marriage is not a bed of rosy but with difficulties. It is here in Africa that humans mock fellow humans who have been barren as if they are God. |

I do not see any problem here. As long as you believe in humanism, and you are a moralist there is no problem. The church is a mere building like your room you can be on your knees and pray to God. Pls don't worry unnecessarily, life is short. |
It is pathetic to hear the man lamenting in the same country where he has a civic right to work and become a better person in society. Unfortunately, the so-called evil government has failed him. He musters up the courage to venture into farming to feed himself and his family yet marauder Fulani herdsmen have the audacity to ravage his plantain plantain. Where is the government both state and federal? I have lost hope in Nigeria. Whoever has financial muscle should leave this country. Nigeria has been like this for more than 200 years without hope in sight but getting worse. He purposely ventures to farming because he does not want to involve himself in crime but his only legal means of survival is gone. It is time to revolutionize this deadly country called Nigeria. |
What kind of business is the Pastor talking about? Is he talking about roadside business or the likes of Dangote and BUA? It depends on the type of career. Those guys working in the Oil and multinational companies are well paid. |
Does it mean people don't have a conscience anymore Fraudsters parading as if it is their right to fraud others with their hard-earned money. Fraudsters should remember it's just 6ft any time. |
There is nothing there. It is a normal life for a humble beginning. I was born in F2F and lived there during my university days. That F2F cannot define your future. Thank God for the mansion I have today. I always advise my children to look beyond the present environment and be focused. To Lady Jennyclay, it is not always rosy. Life is not designed to be a bed of roses. I have seen someone who once lived in a duplex like yours but did not live there after the death of her husband. The house was forfeited to the bank as collateral owned by her late husband. My dear Jennyclay, life is a mystery |
I do not have an issue with Atiku Abubakar comparing how the current government should recover from the ongoing economic mess with that of Argentina. My position is that Mr President and his team should cut down on government expenses, and possibly reduce ministry. There should be a clear-cutting practicable policy that can favour our economy. While the government cutting down expenses, they should not forget the nation should be more productive than consumption. Nigerians need transparency in government dealings especially the awarding and execution of contracts. The government should have strategies on how to attract foreign investors but no room for window-dressing strategies. |
I must confess that every member of the committee has impressive and intimidating CVs. I appreciate them all but I will do more after we see significant changes in our economy. I have seen many professors who have failed woefully with no impact. With this team, I have confidence in a positive flourish in our economy. We can never be like Venezuela and Lebanon. We have one of the best economists in the world |
God bless you Davido. A giver can never lack. We will appreciate more of this gesture from the privileged billionaires. This is one of the legacies to leave behind even posterity will not forget. The country is bleeding and unbearable because of the unrealistic new government policies Thank you. |
RIP a fearless man. His death was a big blow to us in Ondo state. He has done his best for the state and nation at large. May God give his family, friends and well wishes strength to bear the loss. He was one of the finest governors who represented the voice of the voiceless against the incessant insecurity in Nigeria |
Never forget to do a DNA test on your children |
There is no mercy to the wicked. The killer should die by hanging. |
We are already in a one-chance vehicle driving us to nowhere but a hidden to strip us naked. I cannot fathom what caused the unrealistic policy of Tinubu. He said fuel subsidy is gone without measures in place to cushion the effects. The majority of the masses are currently living in multidimensional poverty(MDP). The worst crisis is the food crisis. Farmers cannot dare to go to their farms due to the fear of bandits. We cannot travel from state to state due to the fear of kidnapping. The whole system has been messed up. The prices of every commodity are astronomical. Most homes can no longer have two meals square daily. The naira has been falling freely due to their poor policies. Family members will call for financial assistance but you can't help because you are struggling to make ends meet. It is high time we have one voice irrespective of political affiliation, tribe, religion, and class, and exonerate ourselves from their shackles through revolution. |
It is saddening to hear about the untimely death of the CEO of Access Holding alongside his wife and son May their souls rest in peace. I pray that God will give the entire family left behind the fortitude to bear the loss. He was a gentleman and highly intelligent. He was a soft-spoken man with impressive intellect. He has contributed immensely his quota to the growth and development of Access Bank since 2002. I will not pass by without extending my condolences to the entire family of the former group chairman of NGX group, Abimbola Ogunbajo who met his untimely death through the same crashed helicopter that killed Access Bank CEO. |
