Hello... What online platform did u use please
Blesso222:
Thank you so much for the correction. Will check those. The first sentence is in futur simple, which should be << j’aimerai >>
Lol I started from bonjour 3 months ago online. We are still coming up

quote author=ShoeShineGuy post=92263423]Lol.. I am not laughing at your write up actually but at the claim that you are still on A1. Your write-up looks too good to pass for that of someone on that level o. But for the few other mistakes here and there, one would assume you are around the sub-levels of the Intermediate. Our seniors here may judge otherwise though as I am still a novice myself. I hope I sha don't get banned for this post.. 'Anyways', it will be good to finally experience how getting banned feels.

Sorry, I just feel we can use the correction and help. As I said, I'm still a learner but I've taken time to study the basic grammar structure in French. Please, keep this up, I'm motivated to keep studying.
TravelRe: All TEF Candidates For Canada Immigration, Let's Meet Here! by yengi: 10:30pm On Jul 25, 2020
Good evening all. I am in a dilemma here. There lots of resources to learn French. Both on here and online and that's where the confusion lies. I feel there is no given structure.
To learn language efficiently one needs a structure that shows where to start, next steps why this is that and all. Something like a course outline if you like... Those of us that self studied, 1.how did you do it
2.what routine did u follow
3.What advice do you have for an absolute beginner. I know the barest basics and can pick out meaning of a word or two from a write up but that is the extent of my French comprehension.
4.Would you advice I go to AF (work schedule not favourable but might be able to make their evening class.) or engage an online tutor
Mamaroon et al pls come to my rescue.
Thanks

Thanks dear. Please could you share the phone number of your contact person or whoever helped you. I'm trying to get my transcript from UNIPORT to WES.
There was no contact..
I live in Port harcourt so I went to the school when I was free. The registrar's office takes WES and its issues seriously

Please I need an urgent reply
I just received a reply from WES that my transcript was not accepted. Reason- I should send it through Etx-ng. Has anybody experienced this. Unilag sent it to them directly. I don’t know why it was rejected. Is it that WES now takesonly electronically sent transcript? Please I need your reply
Hi, my husband had the same issue. However, when I logged on to the Wes page what I saw was document being reviewed. I sent a mail to them immediately using their contact form explaining the inefficiencies and bad reviews of etx NG and why using them should not be a compulsion. Two days later, precisely yesterday, we got a notification saying they were awaiting verification from his school (which is the norm). When we logged on to the portal we still saw the awaiting verification on the page.
I don't know if the change is because we sent a mail or perhaps they had a glitch. The positive is that there was a +ve change so log on to your wes page and see what awaits you.

This is a financial service representative position but you will need to write the IFC (one stage) or CSI( 2 stages)... You should get about 42k p/a with this position....tellers in Nigeria are called customer service representative here ($16 per hour and this should only be a survival job)
Thanks. This helps a lot.

That role is performed by tellers called customers representatives. They earn around $14-$16/hr. Hence my suggestion earlier on taking a look at Internal control/Audit etc for a boost&better pay
Interesting. Thanks for the info.

Just a few words of advice/encouragement as you conclude
1. If you decide to continue in your current line of profession& there is a certification for it,please DO IT especially if it can be done from Nigeria. E.g PMP, do it from Naija, Bankers with branch/RM experience, do the CSC exam from naija if possible worse case, plan to take it immediately upon arrival,it goes a loooooong way to help.

2. Search for career events&register if its few weeks to your arrival.

3. If you decide to change your career upon arrival & you haven't started say taking exams etc before arrival, remember you don't expect to be on the same terrain or have the same audience from recruiters here as the person who has started.

4[b]. If you a RM in a Naija bank, remember to change that title to Banking Advisor here because that's what it's called. It soo helps

6. Head of Operations/HOP/HSS, pls note you can't be those roles in Canada because it doesn't work like that. What of thinking along the line of Internal Control,Audit,Risk, AML etc?? Just saying!

7. YOU CAN GET A JOB THAT PAYS SAME OR MORE THAN YOU ARE EARNING IN NIGERIA. JUST COMEFULLY ARMED& PREPARED!!

God bless!
Hi thanks for the notes. If the RM's in Nigerian banks are called Banking Advisors what are those in banking ng operations (cash services, funds transfer etc) called?
