you've been given a big advice.the first thing to take care of when planning to start a business is to register the business name which many business owners fails to do and it may cost you more if sharp guys got a hold of the name you are making use of because they can sue you for using the name which you have been using for ages.

When starting a business, try and register the name first after you've coined a name to go professional and stand out. Most business in nigeria don't have their business name registered.

Just imagine starting a business with a cool name and you've gathered lots of customers but the name is not registered. A sharp guy will use you as bank account by registering the name and sue you for it because the name now belongs to him and not you and you will pay for damages.

So do what is right and start off on the right track. First coin a name and register it before you even open the restaurant.i won't even advice my enemy to open a business without registering the name first because by the time you plan to register it, it may not be available when they search for it or a sharp guy may kick you out of business by stealing your brand if they register the name and open a restaurant at the same area where yours is located and there is nothing you can do because he/she is now the rightful owner of the name.

Years of hardwork gone.just like a website domain name, register your business name before you start.

I know you have your experience but I have tried not to be hard on any tribe and understand I said if they are isolated means I know there is love,but does that stop a mother inlaw's anger from the west whose daugher from the east who hasnt given birth? Show me a childless home they have lived 10 years and I can tell they are either strong faithfuls of any faith or not inter tribe.
Not trying to prove you wrong but can anyone mention 3 problems that can occur and inter tribal marraige is used as an excuse?

As soon as they can differentiate btw right and wrong. Once u r in d kitchen, everybody should enter. It starts with," bring onions for me,wash my cooking spoon to check if the rice is done and boil rice for us to eat as lunch". Its a gradual process. No age limit. Believe me, they will learn faster this way.

Mine was actually very unforgettable!

I was twenty years and living with my brother who had a Peugeot 504 Salon. The car went in for a comprehensive mechanical and body work including painting. The mechanic was a mate and friend whom I sometimes spent time with at his workshop. So I was always with him during the time of my brother's car work.

On the final day of the car at his workshop when it was meant to be delivered to my brother, I was with him hoping to go home together. At a point wgen we were set to leave, he went to pick some stuff at a nearby kiosk and I decided to move the car close to where he had gone so that we could take off from there. The next thing I heard was a bang; crashing into a truck parked adjacent of me. All the newly painted front and right side fender were destroyed.

The guy on his return was so confused to see what I had done with the car. I was sweating so profusely at the damage I caused to not only the 504 but also the truck.

The following days at home were made tough for me by my brother's wife who was very upset with me.

The good part to it was that it made my brother to hasten to teach me how to drive since he wouldn't want a repeat of the incident.

Its not compulsory you use your friends as bridesmaid on your wedding day, but if you want a large bridal party, you could ask neighbours or even rent bridesmaid. You necessarily dont
have to pay them, just take care of their essentials - dress, hair, makeup, transport. I did that for a client once, could do that if you want. I simply used my ushers.

You shouldn't be ashamed of being friendless, in the long run, it will pay you. Less drama! Otherwise join a church group.
