I seem not to agree with OP. Before we jumped into conclusions let us know what are the scopes of the project. Remember for Nigetia rail project many properties were demolished to pave ways for the construction. I believe the contract sums was inclusive of compensation to be paid to affected properties owners. You are right bro. However, the issue with the gas is that the Gencos are not getting credit guarantee for gas from the IOCs hence, they supplied based on what they can pay. The moment the volume paid for is exhausted, they usually shut it. Most of the Gencos are not capital buoyant enough to get necessary facilities to serve as guarantee for the gas suppliers.
