Art, Graphics & Video › Re: Removing White Background From Corel Draw Graphics by yinkuscious(op): 7:08am On Dec 27, 2017 |
tmx21: Firstly, convert the image to bitmap.
Click on bitmap menu and chose 'bitmap color mask'
A panel will appear on your right hand side witi multiple black colour, click on the eye droper tool on that panel, then use the eyedropper to pick the white on the logo.
Check the panel to make sure that 'hide color' is being selected. Click on 'apply' and it should work.
NOTE: if there's 100% white on the logo, it'll take it off. thanks, I will try it now |

Politics › Re: The NGO Regulatory Bill: Summary & Its Implications On NGOs In Nigeria (Photos) by yinkuscious(m): 1:40pm On Sep 25, 2017 |
meelerh: Hmmm. Why Do we need NGO since Nigeria isnt having War and what's the use of those government agencies established for welfare of citizens ?
What's the use of the Nigerian senate self Do we need NGO's? I fear for people like you. If not for public health NGO's, do you know what HIV and others would have caused to the Nigerian states? If not for NGO's, most of the awareness we have today, will the government be able to facilititate that alone? So you think it is only during war that we need NGO's? Smh |
Politics › Re: The NGO Regulatory Bill: Summary & Its Implications On NGOs In Nigeria (Photos) by yinkuscious(m): 1:37pm On Sep 25, 2017 |
Stonerobaba: its okay. Most of these NGOs needs serious monitoring as large percentage of generated funds are expended on personal interest. If you really read that, and understand it's implication on the NGO's that are really serving the less privilege in Nigeria communities, you won't sat it okay. This is a sentimental and colonial ideology postulated by policy makers who really don't know what the good NGO's are doing. |
