The Leadership of Labor Party Already knows Peter Obi cannot win this election! Why do you think they are already talking about going to court! Peter Obi is performing poorly in South West! He is coming third in virtually all the states except Lagos! He is not getting the much needed 25% of votes. He needs it in 24 states! As it stands now he desperately needs to get those votes in NE and NW! This is apartl from the anticipated 25% he'll get in NC! We told you he needed political structure, you with derision ignored this. He is getting zero votes in most polling units in the NE and NW PoliteActivist: |
I deliberately all these weeks stopped making posts on Nairaland because of the Infantile 'Obidients' replete on this platform. I was the first person on this platform to say that Peter Obi is the reason Tinubu will win the election. Refer to my previous Topics/Posts on this platform. All Peter Obi did was deny PDP (Atiku) votes in South of Nigeria (SE,SW,SS) and North Central! Peter Obi got ALL the traditional PDP votes. BUT unfortunately for him,he didn't have the National Spread, something I was trying to educate the Obidient folks on! Peter Obi isn't even getting the constitutionally mandated 25% of votes in all SW states,a feat Atiku achieved easily but alas Peter Obi had mortally destroyed Atiku's chances. In fact, Peter Obi has destroyed PDP in the south of Nigeria. Amazingly for Tinubu,Musa Kwakwamzo also took votes that would have gone to Atiku in the North! Remember,Obi,Atiku and Kwakwamzo were in same PDP just months ago! The stars fully aligned for Tinubu as the APC governors delivered for him! There was no last minute betrayal by the North. Tally Obi,Atiku& Kwakwamzo results to see that a united PDP would have beaten APC silly. Tinubu also outperformed expectations in South South as he is poised to get 25% of votes in 4 SS states and the amazing support of Gov Wike helped cover for the votes lost to Obi on Lagos |

Gov. Nyesom Wike of Rivers, on Wednesday in Akure, donated N200 million to the Foundation for Wives of Ondo State Officials and Female Political Appointees (FOWOSO). Wike, who was represented by Rivers Head of Service, Mr Rufus Godwin, made the donation at the fourth summit of FOWOSO. He applauded the initiative of the Ondo State governor’s wife, Chief Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, which he described as life-changing. He said that something urgent must be done to ensure gender equality, adding that each political party must allow women in its elective positions to at least 30 per cent representation. The Rivers governor asked women to support their counterparts massively in the 2023 polls. Also speaking, Mrs Anyanwu-Akeredolu said that if women were given adequate spaces in all sectors of human endeavour to function, there would be a better world. The theme of the summit is “Bridging the Gender Gap in the Political Arena: A Case for Nigerian Women.” She said that decision makers should allow a balancing between men and women in the scheme of things for a better society. The governor’s wife said that the FOWOSO’s reasoned stand is that women are capable partners and indispensable veritable tools in a nation’s moves toward sustainable development. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2022/12/wike-donates-n200m-to-fowoso/ |

The purported viral Tweet by Governor of Anambra State Charles Soludo's son Ozonna about his father's is 'fake'. The statement which was purportedly a rebuttal of Charles Soludo's public letter dismissing the electoral chances of Peter Obi has been given wide publicity and praised by the 'Obidient' mob who were incensed by the contents of Governor Charles Soludo's letter. This was in the press release by Christian Aburime, the Press Secretary to the Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo who equally said his principal has absolutely no regret about the truth-bombs he publicly detonated on Peter Obi. https://punchng.com/soludo-has-no-regret-over-anti-obi-comments-aide/?utm_term=Autofeed&utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1668742865 Interestingly,a check on all the social media pages of Ozonna Soludo indicated the absence of the viral news that was celebrated by the emotionally driven Obidient gang. |
Soludo: Let’s be clear: Peter Obi knows that he can’t and won’t win. He knows the game he is playing, and we know too; and he knows that we know. The game he is playing is the main reason he didn’t return to APGA. The brutal truth (and some will say, God forbid) is that there are two persons/parties seriously contesting for president: the rest is exciting drama! That many Americans may not like the fact that Joe Biden (79 years) and Donald Trump (76 years) are two frontrunners for president in their parties does not remove the fact that if both of them emerge as candidates, definitely one of them will be president in 2024. These particular statements by Charles Soludo in his Public Letter to Peter Obi and the Obedient mob really captures the very essence of why the Igbos are really ignorant of the Nigerian Political dynamics which was recently equally spoken of by Kwakwanso. Read below: "When will Ndigbo understand and learn politics, especially of Nigeria? When Bola Ahmed Tinubu defied the political wind of the time and stood out as the “only man standing” in AD and later AC (before ACN) against a sitting president of Yoruba descent, no one accused him of being “anti-Yoruba”. Indeed, everyone recalls that both Tinubu and President Obasanjo disagreed politically, and probably still disagree—but none is being accused of being “anti- Yoruba”. Under Tinubu, the South West strategically organized under a different political party, the ACN and went into a formidable alliance that kicked out a sitting president (in Africa?), and that alliance is not broken yet. Igbos, in their frenzied Nzogbu nzogbu politics, have sadly found themselves in a political cul de sac. Tragic indeed! When will my people smell the morning coffee? Also: Where do we go from here? I listened to my friend Gov El-Rufai on TV explaining why the northern governors decided that power should shift to the South. According to him, they asked themselves what would their founding fathers—Ahmadu Bello, Tafawa Balewa or Aminu Kano have done in the circumstance. Today, I ask my people, Ndigbo: do we ask what Azikiwe or M.I. Okpara or Akanu Ibiam would do in the present circumstance? I worry that Ndigbo as Nigeria’s foremost itinerant tribe and with the greatest stake in the Nigerian project does not yet have a strategy to engage Nigeria—politically! Every four years, we resurface with emotive Nzogbu Nzogbu political dance (“it is our turn dance” but without organization or strategy) and fizzle out afterwards while others work 24/7 strategizing and organizing. And: As my brother, I wish him well and even pray for him. I told him during his courtesy call that my prayer is that himself or Prof Umeadi of APGA would win, why not? That is from my heart, but I also told him that my head and facts on the ground led me to know that it’s probability is next to zero (what I cannot say before you, I won’t say behind you). So I already told him my opinion. Indeed, there is no credible pathway for him near the first two positions, and if care is not taken, he won’t even near the third position. Analysts tell him you don’t need “structure” to win. Fantasy! Of course, LP won governorship elections in Ekiti and Osun on social media and via phantom polls, while getting barely 2,000 votes on ground. Creating a credible third force for presidential election in Nigeria requires a totally different strategy and extreme hard work. The knockout Punch: Of course, Peter Obi will get some votes, and may probably win in Anambra state--- as “home boy”. But Anambra is not Nigeria. If he likes, I can even campaign for him but that won’t change much. From internal state by state polling available to me, he was on course to get 25% in 5 states as at August this year. The latest polling shows that it is down to four states, and declining. Not even in Lagos state (supposed headquarters of urban youths) where Labour Party could not find candidates to contest for House of Reps or Senate. The polls also show that he is taking votes away mostly from PDP. Indeed, if I were Asiwaju Tinubu, I would even give Peter Obi money as someone heading one of the departments of his campaign because Obi is making Tinubu’s pathway to victory much easier by indirectly pulling down PDP. It is what it is! |
The money was Forfeited! gidgiddy: |
"Lives are being lost daily in Anambra as law and order have now totally broken down under Peter Obi's misrule, while you and your boss seem to be having the time of your lives stockpiling our security vote every month. The blood of the innocently slaughtered in the state due to Obi's greed in stealing our security vote at the end of every month with the help of Ndibe Obi, will never let you get away with your financial crimes against Anambra State. While Peter Obi consistently fails to remember to pay our civil servants when due, he however never fails to remember to cart away our security vote on the last day of every month. Note that it was on the last day of last month that N250,000,000 was taken to his private office in Lagos from his office in Awka" sonature1: |
Don't mind them.In order for the house assembly not to 'thoroughly' investigate Peter Obi,he bribed them with N60M! This is man that purportedly 'no dey give shishi' The Amazing thing about that man is his level of selfishness,'na only him chop alone'. That's why just a few people who worked with him as Governor (commissioners etc) are still very active with him now and the reason he can't mention any notable person that has politically risen through him NigeriaIsGreat: |
So much is being said by the Obidient Folks about the Frugality and Incorruptible Character of Mr Peter Obi but do you know that Peter Obi was involved in one of the most brazen act of Avarice as a governor! The sum of N250M cash (equivalent of $2M dollars at that time) was found in his car in Lagos! It was discovered in suitcases in his official vehicle! The story made both National and International Headlines at a time Peter Obi was pretending to be frugal and resourceful at managing Anambra resources but he only was saving/stealing it all for HIMSELF! Do you know that cash belonging to Anambra state was eventually "Forfeited" Yes,N250M cash($2M) of Anambra commonwealth was Forfeited to Nigerian Police due to the action of this highly corrupt politician just to cover-up! Peter Obi N250m in three suite cases: An insider’s account" Instead of hiding his head in shame and apologizing to Ndi Anambra, Mr. Valentine Obienyem is now trying to claim the moral high ground as a result of Obi's camp's feeling that they have now adequately covered up the Governor's money laundry run of last Sunday. I have always warned them that despite stealing Anambra State blind in the last three and half years, this is one episode they will never get away with. Please Mr. Obienyem, this is a very serious matter. Lives are being lost daily in Anambra as law and order have now totally broken down under Peter Obi's misrule, while you and your boss seem to be having the time of your lives stockpiling our security vote every month. Note that it was on the last day of last month that N250,000,000 was taken to his private office in Lagos from his office in Awka. Valentine claims not to have seen Barrister Emeka Okpoko in the past one month and “was no where around the scene”. Let me help your memory out here for you saw Emeka Okpoko in company of Mr. Peter Obi who you also now lie was not even in Lagos on the day of the offence, but who was clearly also at the scene of the crime; 1. Remember that you Mr. Obienyem was booked to fly to Abuja with the 'Governor' on the evening of Sunday the 31st of May 2009 with Arik Air scheduled to leave Enugu airport at 3.30pm but both of you despite having confirmed tickets for that flight could not make it as a result of your presence in Lagos that afternoon. 2. Remember that the said owner of the N250,000,000 Mr. Ejike Onwusogbulu made an unscheduled flight that Sunday afternoon from Enugu airport with Gov. Peter Obi after the money had been intercepted in the premises of Next International in Apapa while Mr. Onwusogbulu was still in Awka and by then, knew nothing about the transaction. 3. Remember that the Dana flight was delayed for over 40 minutes while Mr. Obi and his team were standing at the tarmac sweating, as a result of the Governor not being booked to fly on that flight originally, the operators of Dana air had a problem allocating seats to Obi and his team namely; [a] Head of Convoy, the tall dark and lanky Officer Anthony Manya Ejike Onwusogbulu 'the now infamous car contractor' [c] Mr. Ifesi Solomon [d] the Governor's Chief Security Officer [a Yoruba officer who was not even dressed for the journey and was only told he was going to Lagos when he got to Enugu]. You should by now know that the Governor was properly monitored that Sunday. The picture evidence will be produced at the right time. 4. The Governor's friend Mr. Ifeanyi Ubah CEO Capital Oil and Gas Ltd., who could not get a seat on that Dana plane did beg Mr. Peter Obi to let him [Ubah] use his ticket since he was traveling alone without his aides while no seats were available for the Governor's aides whom the Governor could not travel without. Obi refused Mr. Ubah's request and eventually, the pilot released two extra seats to Mr. Obi and his team by getting air hostesses to seat in the cockpit with him. 5. Mr. Peter Obi sat in seat number 2a while Barrister Obika from Imo State sat in seat number 1a. Gov. Obi also traveled on that flight with his good friend Barrister Afam Ofomata [Ofomus] who helped him reclaim his cash filled suitcases upon their arrival in Lagos. I have taken my time in narrating Peter Obi's unscheduled movement to Lagos to rescue Mr. Obienyem and to sacrifice our N250,000,000 to the Lagos State Police Commisioner, I.G of Police Mr. Okiro [who retires next month and doesn't give a toss about Anambra State] and the Nigerian Guild of Editors who are now part of the conspiracy to cover up the scandal in the media. Narrating the above in details is now important because the government has now offered five different versions of what happened with the latest being that both Mr. Obienyem and Gov. Obi now claiming not being in Lagos last Sunday the 31st of May 2009. According to the new Commissioner for Information Chief Maja Umeh, published in the Guardian newspaper of today Saturday 6th June 2009; 'The Anambra State government has again distanced itself from the intercepted N250 million found in one of the vehicles on the governor's convoy in Lagos by the Police on Sunday. Commissioner for Information and Culture, Maja Umeh, noted that Governor Peter Obi was attending to official businesses in Abuja on Monday and Tuesday when the news broke. Umeh stressed that Obi was not in Lagos. The commissioner surmised that the owner of the money hitchhiked the three-car convoy, which went to Lagos for routine maintenance servicing. Umeh argued that joining the convoy was strictly the man's personal decision, which he could have worked out in private with the convoy's drivers. The state government has no hands in it." 6. The said 'contractor', Mr. Ejike Onwusogbulu was not in the car that took the money to Lagos therefore did not “hitch hike the three-car Governor's convoy”. He traveled with the Governor on Dana air after the Governor found out the money was intercepted. What is also very instructive is that Mr. Obienyem is now asked to deny that this 'contractor' is the brother in law of the Governor's younger brother, Ndibe. 'The Contractor' is merely a fall guy who has agreed to accept that the cash is his own. Lucky guy you would have thought? Forget it for he will never see one kobo of it. If Obi had been willing to give the guys that ferry the loot monthly just one percent of it, they would not have 'ratted' on him. Valentine Obienyem was in Lagos with Peter Obi whose only mission in town was to secure the release of those who were detained and to cover up the crime also. A government house source who wants to remain anonymous complained that the Governor's cars are always serviced monthly either in Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt, every month-end, depending on where Ndibe Obi is available to receive the monthly security vote from Awka. Two evenings ago, Peter Obi gave the entire members of Anambra State House of Assembly N60 million as 'Democracy Day' gift. Last night, Peter's Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters Mr. Dubem Obaze, went to the house of the Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly Chief Anayo Nebe, holding a meeting with members of the House appointed to investigate this matter. Dubem left the Speaker's house much later without the 'Ghana must go back' he had entered with. Finally, Barrister Obele Chuka is just one of a very tiny minority of courageous Anambra citizens willing to pay the supreme prize in order to rescue our state from the evil clutches of an evil man with a severe split personality syndrome. Our Governor on one hand is a living Saint and on the other extreme, a psychopathic and murderous embezzler of state funds while swearing on his children's lives. Poor innocent kids! Obele Chuka deserves our prayers and support as he battles yet again, another satanic 'Governor' in Anambra State. When shall it be well with Anambra State? Mr. Obienyem over to you. Tony Agbo |
