ITrade exactly like Morgan........but fees is the difference, and maybe customer relations (Don't know how responsive and efficient).
Morgan seems to have the lowest fees in the industry, coupled with good customer relations.

The suspension shouldn't be more than 3 weeks anyway.......2 to 3 wks all things being equal.

That's how it's supposed to be........ depending on the information in circulation.
People buy and sell for various reasons.....
Some may want to exit before the announcement, then wait to see how the whole thing goes.......our risk tolerance is different.

During the CCNN (that was merged with BUA), there were excess offers @18 and below, even until the last minute of suspension. Those that were lucky not to get sales for their holdings would thank their stars thereafter. Lol.
Not saying it's the same scenario oooo, but what if it's similar? What if it is not? .......May God help me with all these my posts.

Flourmills is a huge company woth many subsidiaries including Honeywell Flourmills

The value maybe affected by debt though

The debt is the major issue Flour Mills is facing for now.....but the company has good business no doubt.

All these CEOs, we may not know what they're up to sometimes.......
Maybe Flour Mills too is thinking of merging her businesses who knows......
Could be one of the tactics......that is, to increase the share price of NNFM, since 4.20 was paid for Honeywell's majority shares....

Merging the businesses, like Dangote is currently doing may likely be in the interest of the Company too.
