Youre right that it was a directive following CAMA 2020 rules or so........with Dec 2022 as deadline.......though some extended theirs to 2023.

....BUT wasn't all companies that cancelled their Unissued Shares.
Some issued theirs as bonus, some as Rights Issue while some decided to cancel it.

Share reconstruction was done last year or in 2021, can't remember well now.

- 4.26bn OS was reconstructed and around 3.84Bn was cancelled.....in ratio 10:1
We were discussing it here that time nah, when it was trading at 20/23kobo or so.
Some NSEMPAS may still remember...
@Nigerialabalaba even pointed it out long before now self.
We'll keep watching out for Q4 result anyway.

They paid N7 ,the delisting letter says N7.70, so let's wait and hear from them on how they'll handle it at the Court Ordered meeting.

See a typical Nigerian company delistment and compare this to that of GSK.
Union bank delistment started almost three years ago, and they are still planning for approval, before taking to management. They have not yet started talking about court ordered meeting.
