The day I saw Knorr maggi for instance in small sizes, I was surprised.
Did some findings and was told the wrapper that Unilever used to import before are now being sourced locally to reduce the costs of production......

Most of the products are equally targeting the populace now.........that's what I observed anyway.

I picked up linkage assurance some years back at 0.90. Now it's 0.54 last I checked

How many years could this be?
Your Linkage cost price can't be up to 0.90k again......if you consider the bonus and dividends declared so far......
At least, for 2020 FYE, a dividend of 0.05k as well as bonus of 2:5 were declared.......factoring these in should have left you with no loss on your investment @CP if I'm right.
In 2019 fye too, I think 1:4 bonus was also declared
You can do some findings and go claim your bonuses/dividends if you haven't done so.

While there is a low probability of possibility of this, there is no evidence supporting this.

It's very possible for fund to hang with the bank........some will reverse, some you have to track it by yourself........and if you don't take any action, it may just be there.

Abeg who or what agency can I report a fraudulent registrar who refused to pay my dividends yet sent me a receipt for a dividend I did not receive.
They stopped replying me via email after they asked me to send my bank statement which I did.
I have proof of all this.

Since you have proof, problem is half solved.
Try and do follow up with your bank first, to be sure the non-remittance is not from them, maybe it's hanging somewhere inbtw their system........cos I doubt if it's a fraudulent receipt the Registrar sent, very uncommon.
Next, send mail to SEC as you've been advised, with Registrar in copy.
Stand on their neck until they resolve the issue and credit your bank acct.

This is my opinion anyway.

Please for UPDC, what is the difference between Group and company?

* Company is a sole entity........may have branches though, but they all bear sama name with same mode of operations. E.g. ACCESS BANK.....is a company
* Group comprises of "The Company itself and it's subsidiaries.
E g. GT BANK is a company with many branches but same objectives........while GT HOLDINGS comprises of GT bank and other subsidiary businesses such as Pension Arm, insurance arm, etc.

PAT and eps appears to be awesone 23.8billion and 34kobo respectively, but dividend(2kobo) is clearly unreasonable.
My gamble stock clearly shows itself as a useless stock. I go sell on monday.
