Leaks/Rumors is part of the world market but based on my 3 years of observation so far, leaks/rumors almost never happen on the NSE.

Nothing is known until that person in charge of uploads on NGX website shows up to work lol.

Buacement for some times now always close the day with average of N64. But by next trading day, instead of starting from N64, it goes back to N70.75 and starts trading down again. then next day, it goes back and start from N70.75.

Just wanted to emphasize on it......

** There are rules and regulations guiding conducts, transactions, pricing, etc.....on NSE, and these are contained in their Rulebook.
** In the pricing category, there were rules guiding movement of prices up and down........
** Prior to 2019, stocks in 3 different categories had different "bulk Qty" that can move the price.......
**...But in 2019, there were amendments to the rule........and all stocks, irrespective of being in Category A, B or C have "Par/Uniform Volume that can move the price.........Which was pegged at 100,000 single unit.
**Also, a daily limit of +/-10% up or down movement of share price was established.
**So, once market is in session, until you see bulk sales or purchases of 100k units or more, the price wouldn't officially fall or rise.

JIJO is not for everyone, the risk is very high......but if you strike a good one, you can make a lot from it.
The bolded is also very true..........you may lose all you gain with just one wrong move self......except you have a strategy to minimize or avoid the loss.

Think it will be better you just pump your money on sound fundamental stocks and be collecting dividends yearly..........while you retain small portion, say 10% or 5% (depending on your pocket) of total fund for JIJO biz, this way, you'll limit the extent of jumping around in all stocks.
It's also good to always ask questions if you're not very sound in carrying out due diligence.......

One of the issues with Ellah Lakes is illiquidity. Sometimes ago, the directors holding unto it were told to release some for free float but I don't think it was followed thru by SEC or they're not mandated to relinquish some shares.......not very sure again.

If you must jump around as a newbie maybe, try and be buying fundamental ones at least.......with this you can convert to medium/long term if it's not meeting up with the target..........just my humble opinion anyway.

If you check the old pages you can verify what am saying on both occasions. It’s actually obvious to confirm

......or quoting long posts to say only ”thank you", or "yes" .,.......can be very annoying scrolling thru a page to see quoted long posts with meaningless comment at the end of it.
We've discussed about this in the past as well, that we can save people the stress/time as well as save pages for more meaningful discussions.
We can easily click "Share" on such posts, or "Like" it or simply mention the person's moniker to refer to such info.

Not that others aren't good or have their time, but that's just the opinion for now.
Also have it in plan to be buying more in case there's fall in share price.....
The First four banking stocks are dividend paying stocks .......and they pay dividends twice a year........think these are good enough for long term outlook.

Hi Everyone! It's a sad day for me. I panicked and sold all my Total oil share at 245. I bought it at 262 two weeks ago. Lost over 800,000 today.

If you'd mentioned it here before seliing, at least you would have been advised to hold on.....
Total is yet to release the Q4 Audited Financial Statement and declare dividend......you should have at least collect the dividend which should be around N12 per share or more, looking at the provision made for final dividend from the Unaudited Q4.

Like Emma said, you needed to develop a strategy.....you needed to work on your emotions seriously...
And I think Long term would be suitable to you to avoid HBP....
