....I have two in mind but will disclose one now. This stock traded at 33kobo for weeks and I tried all my possible best to get some units but to no avail.I got it at 39/42kobo after a long wait.May close at 50 or 51kobo today.Still heading upwards and more in 2022

The sector which this stock belongs to will be patronized by PDP, APC etc in 2022 against 2023 election.
Let me attempt your riddle.........

The only stock that fits into your description from my own little understanding is ACADEMY PRESS....... tongue

In case you're searching for BOCGAS, search not further among "B" alphabet, note that the ticker already changed to IMG (Industrial and Medical Gases Nig. Ltd).

I'd like to diversify huge into 2-3 NSE stocks with principal interest on stocks with high and consistent dividend payout.
I prefer a good dividend paying coy stock that I can hold for the next 5 years with great potential long term.
Here's my pick based on the insights gleaned after reading some posts here:

GTCO, Access, Stanbic,Dangote Sugar
Myc5, locodemy, Emmanuel, osita
My Oga already answered you.....
There are quite some stocks to consider really but if you're looking at diversifying, maybe a mix of other sector will be great too.

These stocks, in addition to the ones Oga Kolaish listed (Zee, GTB, Access), are good for consideration too........Wapco, Ucap, Custodian. Dangsugar and Stanbic not bad too, only time your entry right.

Remember you have to discipline yourself because what you're planning to do is called "Long term investing", not the one you'll be looking at daily upandan of prices and be coming to blame when the prices are down o.

Las las I don give you my own opinion. Do your Due Dilligence. tongue

FBNH
The billionaires are not yet done on its case......
Over N5B staked on it yesterday alone.......
I told someone that the result will have little or no
negative impact on the share price because the current level of operating don pass result level for now. smiley

If stating my personal opinion will make me to be tagged e-warrior, well, so be it. Na una sabi. Not a must for me to agree with everyone else's opinion on certain matter or stocks. smiley

We are awaiting the next phase of the billionaires' drama........more accumulation still ongoing.

For me, FBNH is a "Hold" tongue

It is even N2billion(and it is being contested) and not N3.5 billion.
Proshare's news can be outdated sometimes.
One article circulating around now was even dated as far back as 2016.
Honeywell claimed it complied with the terms of the payment and debt liquidated already......... already dragged Ecobank to Supreme Court.

Why can't Ecobank wait for the final judgement from the highest court but was quick to jump out when FMN came in? Can Ecobank take over an asset over mere N3.5B?

One of the reasons I said this case has political undertone.

If eventually Ecobank erred in all these, I expect Honeywell or FMN to sue them for damages..........because the negative effect they created has caused a lot of damages, even loss of share value/revenue to shareholders.

Otudeko is out of the equation, CBN and FBNH are the ones running this show. FMN was actually begged to come into the deal and CBN will give them all the support.

Have you forgotten that Honeywell and Otudeko could not meet up with the deadlines given to them by FBNH as per the liquidation of their debts.

If there is excess after the deal, Otudeko might get something but I doubt if there will be an excess. His collateral is less than his debts
Ok sir, thanks for giving more insight.
.....but I sha know all these have political undertone, we see how it goes....

What am hearing about honeywell PLC is not palatable ooooo. e
Shey on top this 5.5B again? Na wa oh.

One thing we should know is that FBNH's boardroom politics extends here..........and Honeywell is a means for the rival group to keep getting to Otudeko.

Recall that Otudeko sacrificed selling Honeywell in order to keep holding on to his position in First Bank...

Since rival group couldn't easily get him to back off First Bank, they'll use every means to get to him........

They are instigating Ecobank against him......... But case is even still at Supreme court....

Otudeko also has strong ally, rival group will still likely not succeed getting to him thru Honeywell too.....

I no know book or know anything ooooooo......but we keep watching as the billionaires' drama unfolds.......

**One thing I suspected here is:. If at all FMN backs off, OLAM may step in**........just speculations oh.

I wonder how anyone will think FMN is not aware of the indebtedness to Ecobank in the first place.

A company willing to buy 76.75% of Honeywell at a huge premium, paying a whooping N80B, how can N5.5B be an issue to them??
Who is Ecobank to dictate what FMN should or should not do to them?

These guys are just trying to trend and create issues where there's none.

Guess Ecobank is trying to create awareness to FMN and looking for a way to benefit here as well.

FMN has signed the deal, Ecobank's noise can't get to them. .......Otudeko on the other hand is smarter. tongue

BTW, what's driving Honeywell may purely not be based on fundamentals but something outside it.
Oba is facing different debt challenges, he may want to use what he has to get himself out of the debtors nets........and Honeywell coy readily comes to mind.
The rush for Honeywell was/is aggressive, so insiders may know what we don't know yet. D

I am also seeing the possibility of Flour mill buying us out in cash or assimilating into the main coy via share exchange like happened in CCNN & BUA. Or is HONYFLOUR going to continue as a separate entity afterwards?
I think las las, Flour Mills will buy out the minority shareholders OR merge with Honeywell and allocate FMN shares to minority shareholders in form of share conversion in ratio distribution.

Presently 71.69% acquisition from Honeywell Plc + 5.06% from FBNH....... totalling 76.75%

Remaining minority owns mere 23.25%.
There might be need for rebranding .........

Was posted here sometimes ago but many didn't agree to this.

But is it ordinary 35 billion naira that's making GTB shake like this. They should pay this guy and end this drama
Surprised that my sister in ogun state noticed it and no one else, even those in the banks at lagos didn't realize it huh undecided
It's 32B + 22% interest so far ........
If it keeps mounting, then Innosun boss may become a majority shareholder here......
Once he's successful, he can start dragging the management of the bank with the current majority shareholder.......,
Think they have to reduce the worth of GTB first to be able to do this successfully, the fall in price may be one of the strategies to achieve this.

He's already assuring the customers of the bank that he'll manage the bank well, once/if he takes over...... smiley
He'll have his own cacaus as well, supporting and pushing him to go ahead.
We are in Billionaires' bank take over era. Lol.

If we observed very well, there has been increased activities in the accumulation of shares of almost all the banks lately........even Wema, Unity, Jaiz, Sterling are not left out........all of them.
We keep watching the drama.
