What really is the reason for this decrease in price for GTB? Is there an issue with their results?
Is there a core investor selling off?

In my own little understanding, GTB's result is not as bad as to warrant the fall in price from over N30.....now to N25.50.

It's possible a core investor is exiting while another one is coming in.
The type of volumes exchanging hands in GTCo since it started the shedding can only be done by a pot belly person or persons.

Don't think an average investor can be selling those huge volumes. I can sense some power play here.
We should also note that it's someone or some entities that are buying the stock.

I think whoever is in the train should just calm down. Be enjoying your dividends first while the billionaires sort themselves out. If you have some funds be picking in tranches as they're crashing it to average down.
My gut feelings is saying by the time they crashed it to 22, if at all it gets there, GTCo will likely reverse back up. I no know anything or sabi book oo, just gut feelings.

Did anyone notice that Pre-Market are no longer visible, so also the volumes after 2.20?

Could this be done to prevent manipulations before market starts and before it closes?

Was trying to behave like say e wan gbe body earlier....touched N1 and moved back to 0.97k........but some accumulations are seriously going on here.

Make the stock do quick and move so Peter can come out from Hilton top.

Do you know if fbnh completed the sale of their stake in airtel and Hw last year? Will it reflect in their result for 2021?

These things takes processes, don't think it's been concluded, especially that of Honeywell.

AIRTEL AFRICA may fast track the payment since it's company to company deal......depending on if FBNH wants to include it in the FYE result.
Remember release of FYE 2021 will still take some months too, so it may be included if concluded by then.

It may or may not reflect.......but no official doc as to that effect....that I'm aware of yet.

My own cost price was 3.42 or something, and I was thinking it was so expensive then,cos it fell back to as low as N1.90 thereafter, but now, it's showing over +240%.
Saw Vitafoam and it was showing +477%!!! I was like, if this volume had been big that time, don't you know how much it will be by now? Na Pa Emma and those long term investor ogas go fit talk the story well.

Like me I don't understand the kind of business UCAP is running that is giving them the kind of profit they declare in every quarter as if to say we don't live in the same country and know how difficult it is to run such business.

Aside the businesses mentioned by Obagadaffi, some of these companies also invest in other instruments that generates steady incomes.
Remember they are financial company with lots of top notch financial experts that research the market for them and give them the best advice on investments.

Some of them invest in other good companies too.......example is the case of FBNH that invested in Airtel and HW, which they now opted to sell at huge premium. Who knows maybe FBNH picked Honeywell @ 60k or thereabout self.
Don't be surprised that some of these financial companies and some other ones invest in Crypto/BTC and all those money spinning investments.
International markets are also there.....

Don't mind my amateurish way of looking at various means whereby they can generate fund. Just thinking out of the box.

- We are awaiting the result from 15th up.......
- Last financial year, UCAP's share price was battered after release of 2020 FYE result..........mostly because of the low turnout of APR's result which was below expectations.......
- However, UCAP was able to rise again due to outstanding result and dividend declared.........then took over/retained the leadership position in the sector.

Megawealth01 and Peterichy are still waiting @ their N2 junction since then.

Told Peter to buy Vitafoam mattress the time it was selling @N6 or N7, and stop using Katanga mattress wey full of sand-sand, maybe he heeded the advice or not, I don't know....,.but VITAFOAM has been able to deliver over +200% since/after that.

Risk takers who can be smart enough to JIJO MAY benefit......and if the odds falls in his/her disfavour, it's all risk taking.
