Today's report on home sales and Oil storage level are pointing to negative expectation by the market. Stage already set for Powel to probably let a strong wind be behind the sail for the bears, but we wait for tomorrow to see actual market reaction, as it is difficult to predict the market!!!. Temporarily let use be prepared to cash some profits and the wait patiently to join the bears all things being equal .

oUR INDICATOR IS TELLING US RESISTANCE IS STILL FEARLY FAR at 95.059. But, if it falls below 89.338 before reaching that resistance, we should take some of our profits in oil stocks.

In this kind of environment we just need to keep our cash.

We are still looking at the situafion to know when to start fully on inverse. Problem is that fully going for inverse is risky as most of them have not entered momentum zone. This is a time to stay outside or buy only strong pullbacks in energy stocks and some few technology stocks.

So some moment of quietness here is not unusual. But we are still watching the market.

In the subscribers message we discuss about 'coffee can investing' (the strategy can work well on the Global market, and on some few stocks in the Nigerian market) . Looks interesting, and will now be incorporated in our subsequent analysis. Did you observe what the stock we mentioned did today? Not too bad!!!

IN TERMS OF NUMBER OF NUMBER OF STOCKS AVAILABILITY TROVE HAS MORE STOKE THAN CHAKA

I am surprised that DNA is not available in chaka. Looking at this, I am seriously looking at how I can now transfer some transactions to Trove. This I will consider.

Today was not a bad day, some losses were recouped.

On the whole, I will continue to say, no market as good as the Global stock market. You can buy stocks in so many Continents?

Recently we should have noticed that tradingview has continue to reduce the free Custom indicator scripts available. It was reduced from 3 to 2 and even some indicators become unavailable after some time.

For the above reason, it is better to have our own indications. The good thing is that the indicators can be tailored to our own belief and conviction.

At target technical, we can give you tailored made indicators that can make you a profitable trader.

For today the buzz word in the market is oil!!! What I like about the oils sector is divided, the sector pay high dividend than other sectors.

MARKET LOOKING STABLE THIS MORNING!!!
For last 2 days, our tech heavy portfolio have been stable compared with the one that that has more energy stocks.

Let us see if the job report will not do area scatter. Also, China seems to be back on stream. Problem with China is that when they suppose to save the market, they are always disappointing. I hope China is not disappointing everybody (they disappointed the world bank too) intentionally so that they will continue to be classified as an emerging market and enjoy some benefits not available to developed economies!!!

WHAT CAN WE DO NOW

We want to be on the defensive in the face of this bearish market.

We will only buy high conviction stocks at strong support.

THERE IS A TIME AND SEASON FOR EVERYTHING
There is a time to slow down or stay on the sideline. Although some stocks seems to have good set up (AAPL, INTC, EC etc), general bearishness of the market make buying now a little risky.

Looks good at least your money will be safe as market is falling. For a risk aversed person it should be okay. Al least you will collect the interest and have your money back intact, on expiration.

Today looks like a likely bitcoin day in the market. The bitcoin stocks are rioting and which stock is leading the riot: the ticker RIOT of course.

PEOPLE SHOULD NOT TURN THIS FORUM TO A JOKING GROUND

The person that say Trove is closing his account may not be telling us the whole story.

This person has been asking for which stockbroker to use since 2022, continue again on 2023. Wanted to trade options in between, has shares in PBR and VALE collecting big dividends etc. With the experience the person suppose to have, the person should not be asking for advice, should be putting others through.

Henceforth, I will not be willing to give any advice readily, except I see that the person is serious and genuine. This forum should be for serious people, who are interested in investing/trading for preservation of their money. So let us know which advice we should follow and who to take serious.

For TROVE, I believe Trove should still be in business and whoever want to use Trove, should continue with them. .

Again, I will say let us mind who we should believe. Thanks to every genuine member of this forum, we are sacrificing so much to keep this forum alive, even if Oakpeal for some reason has not been posting (we wish him well and pray for God's protection to be upon him and everything that he is connected with), we promise to keep the Oakpeal dream flag flying and that posterity will continue to remember him. I am struggling to see what the role of Trove is in this. I believe they ought to be the one looking for a broker for you. Except there is a missing detail.

Issues like this should be a general matter not affecting you alone. Unfortunately this is not a surprise thing. The policies Trove is operating with is such that for them to survive in the long run will be a miracle. If Trove is closing, if you are base in Nigeria and you have an account that you cannot sell stock that will fetch you at least 1k(you know the currency) in one transaction, then your best bet is CHAKA (if they realy give you that option). If you allow Drivewealth to chose for you, there is 70% certainty your account will go to SPROUTIFI.

Why is Chaka the best for you if you trade with small money :
_transfer fee is small, it is like what you pay in using transfer between you and entities based in Nigeria. For SPROUTIFI, transfer charge is a minimum of something on the region of $38 (thirty eight dollars, you are dealing with a foreign entity)
_you cam withdraw ant amount from your account as low as 5 or $10 is possible at nearly zero charge. For Sproutifi or any foreign broker you have $38 fixed charge even if you are withdrawing $1.
- chaka allow you to trade if you have $0.01 in your wallet. SPROUTIFI will allow you to trade if your balance is over $1, we that are getting small small dividend from time to time know this as the dividends are sometimes negligible
-dealing with chaka is simple, it is as if you are dealing with your local Nigeria Fintech. You know, just like the way you can receive and pay money from your Nigeria bamk APPS
- for commission, chaka is basically 1% flat for buying and another 1% for selling, no minimum. If you comming from Trove, you will like this. The commission is 100% cheaper that Trove which have a minimum base of $0.5 on each transaction

So you can make your decision with the above fact. Goodluck. Your matter just confirmed that our money is safe with Trove and Chaka, our money is not with them, our mone/stock is with the US broker(drivewealth), while Chaka/Trove/Sprotifi are just sub brokers.

I am sure you will be happy starting again with Chaka (disavange is that you will not be able to trade many penny stocks, but you still have access to over 8000 stocks that are traded in US exchanges, and like our local proverb "ki ni an wa ka, 8000 stocks to chose from, it is reasonable enough to manover and make good profit). Then if your account grows l, you can the move to a foreign broker (in my explanations above SPoutify represents a typical foreign broker).

For me if I receive this notice from TROVE (I am waiting for it with joy), my first porting will be to CHAKA and then I can think of something else later.

You need to learn to manage your trades! If what you said is true, it is an extreme risk and I am sorry, there is high probability of you making a big loss. So we await your result. However, to be more open just give us a list of the stocks so that we can monitor along.

ONE OF THE REASON I LIKE THE GLOBAL MARKET IS THAT IT CAN NEVER BE DOWN TO LEVEL OF HOPELESSNESS
In this market, we are currently retracing, but when you are thinking that, the level of loss will just be unbearable, you will just see the market turn bullish either at open or in middle of the day (just like yesterday and probably today too).

I believe, what made this possible is the large number of participants from various continents. This is in contrast to the local market, where there can be few foreign participants.

This global market is not easy, attempt to trade frequently when market is dull/bearish is likely to drain our portfolio. So in a time like this we want to focus on the medium timeframe at least and reduce our buy sell frequency. ENERGY AND BITCOIN SECTORS LOOKING GOOD THIS MORNING
Energy sector is showing some energy to the uptrend. For the likes of Bitcoin stocks, using BTC/USD as our guide, Bitcoin is in a low risk buying zone at the moment.

Secondly, we do not like bear market, however, if the bear has come, there is nothing we can do but to acknowledge it. But, if we are opportuned to have spare cash at a time when the bear is tired in some stocks, then we can buy oversold stocks that are about to turn back to the bullish side. Among the list of stocks we are eyeing is PLTR, talk of any technical parameter that tell us a stock is in reversal zone, PLTR has it. So, we are looking to enter PLTR again, after the CPI report today.

Our indicator is telling us that this PLTR is high probability set up.

BIG MONEY IS TELLING US TO CASH SOME OF OUR PROFITS AHEAD OF THE HIGH IMPACT CPI REPORT

That is what is currently going on. So for tommorrow, expect the bear?

But after the news, we can then start planning what to do.
