my pc stopped producing sounds this afternoon, said i was "Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another program or it might not be functioning properly." what could have gone wrong pls?

1030 g2 has been acting funny lately, that's because of the refurbished version(Dubia) being sold in Nigeria and labeled as UK used.

i cant even find touch screen under my human interface, just touchpad. the laptop didnt drop or anything, used it as at 2am today,slept and woke up and its not working [color=#990000][/color]

My laptop an elitebook x360 g2 all of a sudden stopped touching. i still used the touchscreen feature yesterday, woke up this morning and it wasnt working. what could be the problem?

My laptop makes the funny loud sound, it would vibrate and vibrate then end with a louder fast vibration(like when a dvd is rolling). It goes on and on like that. I use a elitebook g2 x360

Go to battery icon, right click on it and select power option.

Check the what power button should do option and see if there's anything you can change there.

I use an elitebook x360 7th gen.. if I mistakenly touch the power button , it goes into a sleep mode and won’t come on for a long period of time. The caps lock button light would show though, what can i do please?

I use an elitebook. My brightness key won’t work and my system doesn’t sleep, it goes off totally and takes alot to come on at times.
