like the poster above me said, you might need a laptop if it involves coding, however the are app you can use for light development, there are python, php, java, c++, javascript etc compilers for android and ios.

You'd just need more resilience tho.

However, Javascript and C# can also be used for developing cross platform and native apps by leveraging on certain frameworks and libraries such as ionic, native script and React native for Javascript and Xamarin for C#.

Then there's flutter which is developed by Google and is increasingly becoming popular.

If you can, I'd suggest learning Java and JavaScript (React Native eventually)

Usually interviews are not really much about codes but about concepts. Though it may depend on the level which you're being interviewed for.

So you should be sound in your basics and fundamental concepts. By concepts i mean things like design patterns, database design concepts, algorithms etc.

But if its a coding test, then you'd need to know how to use basic algorithms, also how to solve basic problems in an intuitive way.

Just be confident, and make sure the ones you know, you know it well...

I worked at a small startup as a web developer, We weren't much so I literally had to do everything, front end, back end, support, sales, graphics. Pay was small but I realized I only had my intellect to offer and no tangible experience as it was my first job.

When I eventually left after 2 years, I was worth 5 times more than when I started.

I had friends who earned twice or more what I earned, or more sef. But it didn't deter me one bit.

Think about increasing your value. Money will come... Because its attracted to value.
