southeast is currently landlocked but it doesn't mean we can't have a seaport (all thanks to IMO river and the friendly proximity of obuaku to the sea). According to international laws, even Nigeria cannot deprive Biafra access to the sea via IMO river.

This is map of Nigeria and am sure u can see the difference between Rivers, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Lagos, Ondo AND Niger.

There is a River in Abia that empty directly into the sea. That is a direct access to the sea with out interfering with bothe River or Akwa Ibom territory. At the end build a deep seaport after discussing with our neighbour. It is bettter and safer than dredging. China has done and so can we.

The River is not Deep , surrounded by land and water fall obstacle. It is far from the Sea. They are land lock.

To be sincere, a state where the populace have basic electoral knowledge, it will be difficult to scam them with frivolous and unrealistic promises like these but in Nigeria the masses lack basic electoral knowledge! Else they would have vehemently asked how these promises will be fulfilled but instead they even accepted nepabill as certificate. Enjoy your change but painfully I was dragged along

I don't know the kind of graduate Nigerian are producing this days .. Benin - ore road and others has been constructed/build for the time immemorial.... what Gej and other did was Rehabilitation not build ... since the Era of democracy in Nigeria , no president has ever build road ...
