Hello house. I have the following questions on Pof :

1- how long does an account has to be in operation before an application can be submitted?

2- do I need to have my Pof ready as at the time of entering the E E pool?

3- can having two withdrawn profiles hv a negative effect when applying for Pr?

there is a transcript request form on their site.
Fill it include your reference number and let your school also do their par.The school will send both the form and your transcript directly to iqas.

Dont forget to send your application form your passport and a copy of your cert.

Pls go thru their site the step by step procedure is stated der.

Experienced people in the house, pls I seriously need your opinions on this issue.

I work in a telecoms company as a regulatory compliance specialist. My job basically is to ensure that my company is 100% compliant with laid down regulations relating to our business. In other words, I overlook the activities of some key departments to ensure that they are not in violation of regulations and if they are, it's my duty to ensure that they retract their steps.

So, I am the go-in-between the regulator and my company.

Now, my question is, I have chosen NOC 4423 by-law enforcement and other regulatory officers. NEC but I am afraid that this might be wrong.

This NOC seems to refer to staff of the Regulator (NCC, CPC etc) and not the Regulated or the person who ensures compliance of with regulations.

If that is the case, what NOC do I fall under considering my job description above?

I will really really appreciate your responses pls.

Hello i am also a Regulatory compliance officer. I however noticed that under the 2016 NOC they have included compliance officers under 1122. But 2011 NOC is what is in use by CIC and it not in 2011.I however choose other financial officers . Note by 2016 and 2011 i mean year.

Helo i think i have a similar issue. The profession written on my marriage certificate is Accountant. I worked as an accountant from 2012 to 2014 and i am a chartered accountant by profession. While from 2014- till date i work in the Bank in as a compliance staff.I got married in 2016. Will this be an issue.

It depends on the officer reviewing your case. It does matter to some.

One Naija applicant didn't get PPR 8 months post AOR, he decided to order his GCMS notes. There, his reviewing officer made a comment that the occupation he chose was different from what was on his marriage certificate. He concluded that his employment information wasn't consistent and couldn't be trusted.

He wrote to them and explained the issue. Last time I checked, he still hasn't gotten his PPR.

My suggestion is that you attach a convincing letter of explanation and all documents to prove your employment, especially salary statement of account.[/quote]

You will get a mail where they will send your application form to you.it is on the bottom right of the form

Only your LLB is fine but assess it thru Iqas
Do not use WES for your LLB.

Hello Kehara having a cpa could mean an increase in score if mentioned under certificate of qualification from a Canadian province. not very certain about this as I stand to be corrected.

Pls how did you get Canadian cpa.what the process. I also have Ican and I don't mind getting a cpa Canada to boost my scores.

Ican is not comparable to a Canadian degree with WES. With Acca you stand a better chance as it recognised. IQAS does not assess Ican. But you can still give it a try.You just have to keep following up till they send the transcript

1. Photocopy of the Degree/Diploma (name in the original language): i know that's the degree certificate

2. Photocopy of transcripts/statement of marks: Are we to include a copy of the transcript - if we have it? I thought the university is to send it directly to IQAS.

3. Transcripts (mark sheets, grade reports) issued by: Are we just to include name of the university and tick the checklist?

For Pnp there r no minimum Crs score asides ontario (400). Just go thru these provinces and see if u can meet the criteria . You can start with nova Scotia and sask. They r quite popular on this forum

Kindly explain the procedure. I'm a bit confused about IQAS process of getting ECA. Did you pay to them before contacting your school to send them your transcript? Did you also get both hard & soft copy assessment? How long did it take?

You will pay first afterwards you will receive a reference number which your school will quote on the cover letter accompanying your transcript. After assessment you will receive both soft by mail and hard copies via post

10 working days. They acknowledged the receipt of my transcript Feb 14 and I got a mail on Saturday with the soft copy of my ECA. still awaiting hard copy they said it in transit

Good morning house, please to those who used relative abroad for paying for ECA. How did you go about it? Would I have to send my details to such relative to fill IQAS form for me and make payment. I tried filling a dummy app and noticed I can't log in to continue after logging out. Which to me means I can't fill the form and send details to such relative to make payment only on my behalf.
I need clarifications please.

What I did was I used a relative abroad who filled my info and paid. We were on the phone so while I supplied my info she was filling it on line. Another option is to look for someone with a dom account to help you pay

It was sent via courier.they gave me the tracking number and I confirmed it has been delivered but Iqas is yet to send a confirmation mail
