In a formal organisation, there are ways things are done. No matter how polite a situation looks, if it is going against certain basic rules, IT IS WRONG. What happened with waiting for whenever he comes back from wherever before going to his office to explain to him challenges you usually face in his absence?

About quitting, I know how frustrating a job can get. I resigned from my bank job because of it. I had #2.3m at the time I resigned but right now, I am praying to get back that job. Money was invested terribly(this includes loaning some to someone I held dear to my heart)...Everything down the drain at the moment.

My point? don't leave that job until you have another CERTAIN means of income.

As it is always said, there is someone out there wishing to be in your shoes.
