chidi darling: PLS I need your advice. You don't need the H1B visa unless you plan to work in the US. Besides, the earliest start date for H1B is October 2014. I think the B1/B2 or M2 is applicable. How long will you stay in the US to "test run" the mobile crane? All you need for your interview is to strengthen home ties in every way possible. Talk to HR. |
nice4life: They realize their mistake and now want to eat their cake and have it, i still feel sorry for her though because such decision like marriage should not be taken likely because i never had any intention of dumping her and if she had wait a little long just for 'one more year" she could have gotten everything she thought she was missing.Wow! That's quite sad .... it says a lot about their family. I'm beginning to feel like some mothers are the genesis of thei daughter's problems. It could be that the mum kinda pressured her to accept the other guy's proposal and now she's at the losing end. Its for your own good anyways... @ CFCfan ... I'm sure you know ladies in California on NL. Point them out! Nice, I inboxed you. |
manny4life: why is @4life ending with so many names?Hello. Nice4life is original ... all other 4life's are counterfeit! ![]() |
nice4life: #yvete and her likes are exempt from the term "nigerian women" used by nice4lifehehehehehee ![]() |
Haba! Your opinion of us is a bit too extreme... don't you think? Anyways, I have nothing against akata or Non-Nigerians. I have in-laws that are Ethiopian, Polish, etc. I understand your position and you're not entirely wrong, but women need comfort. The likely issue could be that Nigerian ladies want to see a man fully established (career, pay, etc) and are less likely to be helpers which is a horrible thing. But Nigerian ladies in the US are always complaining of lack of husbands. Have you asked yourself why you're not meeting the good ones? Don't rush it yet because you never know who you gonna meet next. I've got 3 brothers in Houston. Last year, my older brother married a Nigerian lady. That shocked all of us because my brothers don't even associate with Nigerians. She's an amazing lady! Be patient! Are your standards too high? ![]() |
Me gusta! Un buen ¡Lo siento! Mi español es muy mal. Tiene un menor licenciada en español pero estoy perdiendo mi español porque no practicar muy frequentemente. I'm losing my Spanish. Had a hard time typing that up. Please correct my poor grammar and maybe sentence formation. Ay de mi! |
My mum gave a book at 16 - "Ten great reasons to say no to se.x before marriage" - Can't remember the Author. Anyways, it wasn't late, but I just finished secondary school at that time and I believe most girls were already ..... I will talk to my kids when they're like 9 or 10. The internet, se.x and drugs scare me! |
CFCfan: This party rocked!Seems like you lost a couple dollar bills at the Gentlemen's club ... ![]() |
Facebook since 2008. When I used to accept request from strangers. Don't do that no more!I was in a relationship at that time so it wasn't until December 2011 that I finally agreed to go on a date. I'm like this guy is pretty consistent, lemme see whats up. ... and the rest is bliss! #EligibleBachelor |
Seunbunmi: What was Sinzu thinking when writing this songIs this not Sauce-Kid? Looks like him. Someone shot a music video in Houston. @ Kpolli: Do you see a trend here? Nigerian artists are beginning to sing/sound like 2-chains, future and the likes. |
nice4life: I think we should be more worried about scarcity of wife among Nigerian women, I mean we need more wife material than husband materialSeems like we've lost you already .... so you have given up on us (Nigerian women)? Quite sad! |
nice4life: my new found foreign love, wanna pay attention to her so my mind will not clouded by child support, culture and negative things that have held me bound for some years now *cough coughs* Did you import a bride from Russia or you found the 'light' in akata? There should be good Nigerian ladies in California. Y'all not patient with us. ![]() |
Do I just have to stop retouching if I want to transition to natural hair? The Last time I retouched was in April...
Joan has joined the gang ... Nice one! You'd be shocked how long and healthy your hair will be. I can't transition to natural ... My hair is the true definition of nappyness, full and thick like elephant grass I do blow-outs and leave my hair semi-relaxed. If you wanna fully transition to natural, trims are necessary to avoid breakage or close your eyes and do the big chop! I barely fix weaves, i use U-part and half wigs or leave my hair in a ponytail. |
Fancy me some Burna Boy .... wack tattoo though! ![]() |
CFCfan: Mamacita or Yvete are the answer, not Buhari olarwarlay: I don't want wahala for my Sisters jareDon't let FAKA GOODLUCK hear this! ![]() |
Quarter-life crisis! ![]() |
christemmbassey: a christian does NOT NEED deliverance, its either we choose to believe God or not @ Goshen and pastor Olu'. A christian can NOT BE CURSed, all the curses are baɓk dated to the cross. The doctrine of 'once saved, ever saved' is false. Just because they've accepted Jesus doesn't mean a person is completely delivered from demonic bondage following them through the years. It depends. Don't tell me there are no witches in the Church. You are entitled to your opinion. I like to stay out of religious debates on NL. I'm not a preachers' daughter. ![]() |
I park straight, but don't check the tires or turn the steering after parking. I consider myself an excellent driver anyways. |
Can I possibly upgrade a windows RT notebook to Windows 7 or 8? Its a Lenovo Yoga ... so darn limited! . How do I go about this upgrade? |
Being born again means being delivered from sin and acceptance of a new life in Christ. On the other hand, one could be born-again and possessed by demons. Some people need deliverance from generational curses and other involuntary ways in which demons possess (or oppress) a person. I attended a deliverance service last year where one of my sister's friends was displaying all kinds of acrobatic moves, back-flipping and screaming. She's always at Church and sings in the choir. |
Ola one: They serve for 3 weeks (camp) and that's it! ![]() |
CFCfan: While calling on Nigerians in the Diaspora to bring their investments home and assist in improving the country’s Foreign Direct Investment, the government also claimed that the economy grew by about 6.6 per cent last year. Why is Jonathan worried about Nigerians in the Diaspora? True Nigerian Millionaires reside in Nigeria. Our remittances should be enough ... Lolz |
nice4life: very inspirational song. Bless the lord oh my soul and forget not his benefit. nice song!Seems like Mr. Nice skipped Church this morning... This is where you caught the Holy Ghost ![]() kpolli: She slept her way to that position....Say the truth about UNILAG girls!! Is that so? ![]() |
kpolli: Went out Friday night and was pickpocketed...Thank God you're safe. Stay careful out there! Bring the "goodies". |
olarwarlay:How about the song you were playing the other day - "baba ara o o'ogo re tan"? ![]() |
LMBO @ Sister Vision Rosemary Chukwu is also good. |
People still give out their kids as house helps? #SAD |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fw1DxO_umwo ^^^ Isreal Houghton still rules my world of worship songs. Here's "Moving Forward" off his latest album. |
I can visualize a senator reading this in his office, sipping champagne and laughing his behind off. Sadly in Nigeria, talk is cheap! LMAO @ Mrs. Stella Damasus. |
Your students are creative. It shows how good an instructor you are. Anyways, I've always had a thing for fashion, but laziness to cut the fabric and finish it won't let me. Maybe I should buy myself a sewing machine for at-home practice. |
What you think about floral bridesmaid dresses? Seems like its a trend to watch for 2014. I love floral accessories like clutches, belts, and maybe shoes, but floral dresses make me feel like a walking curtain! ![]() |

...music don finish
